Great option for a gift registry. I felt the communication was not clear about transferring the Wallet to your bank account. So if you are wanting the cash in your account be sure to set it up BEFORE you start collecting gifts. We ended up using PayPal and it worked fine. I t was great a gift within itself.

App and website don't work, and customer service is unhelpful. I have been trying for multiple days on multiple devices to access my account and am unable to. Customer service just regurgitates the same "solution" over and over again. Telling me to use Chrome and update the app. I have used 3 phones and 2 computers, and have done all the steps as instructed and it will not let me access anything but the main page. Our guests just wasted their money. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Getting the money out of this after our wedding was near impossible and took over a week of going back and forth calling them and leaving a voicemail and maybe getting a call back. They force you to use we pay (something from chase bank) or PayPal, which normally would be fine but they make you set up an entirely new 'business' account and get a PayPal credit card. Ultimately I don't even know how we resolved it. I told my husband I couldnt deal with it.

We've had a horrible time trying to get our money that our friends and family has sent to us because this app is near impossible to navigate. I've tried contacting the help on multiple occasions to no prevail. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR WEDDING!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY/GIFTS!! Hello there here in 2024 to tell you guys that we did eventually end up getting our gifts 🎁 the customer service and runaround wasn't worth the time or energy. I still advise steering clear of Honeyfund!

Pros: there isn't a fee attached and everything you are gifted from friends and family is 1-to-1 Cons: does not connect to bank for free have to transfer to PayPal and Venmo for free and then move it from there. DO NOT USE PAYPAL THOUGH. So it takes 3 days to go from honeyfun to PayPal. And then 3 days to go from PayPal to bank. You're waiting a week without paying any additional fees. PAYPAL notice: honeyfund sends the money as taxable income, not gifts, I had to call PayPal to correct it.

I've never experienced anything more complicated in my entire life. This did nothing but stress me out during what is supposed to be my Honeymoon. The System they use is called WePay and creating an account with them is virtually impossible. So I linked my PayPal instead and then it said no payments were received because WePay AND Paypal were activated, which isn't what I was orginally told. Nothing about this app was easy and I am pretty tech savy. It's like they are trying to purposely ruin people's honeymoons. Please, don't give these people your money. Customer service is horrible too. It took them a day to respond with really complicated directions, and then they say if any more questions call again (And wait another half day when my honeymoon is over). Start a gofundme. I've used them several times and they are much more direct and user friendly. Honeyfund thanks for the stress. Hopefully you guys can figure out whatever it is you have to and stop creating unhappy customers!

This has been nothing but stressful. I have problems signing in, then when finally in, it doesn't allow me to see gifts that family contributed, AND worse, it won't let me access the ones that do show up. Family sent money to us 2 months ago and it STILL hasn't arrived in the check form option we selected. Honeyfund is the worst registry I've ever used. Save yourself the headache.

This app literally has everything you need!It's very easy to use. In just 30 min- 1hr you can start sending the invites. The fonts are all lovely making it hard to pick. So glad I went this route, it saved me so much time!
