This has been one of the worse services that I've ever experienced. My phone has not worked over 1/2 the time. I have added data but it has not yet been updated and I have a lost pet, with posters everywhere in town but can't rely on my phone service , And I apparently have blown through all my data in two days while I'm signed in on my wifii.

It didn't before , the camera doesn't let you see the picture taken. Volume is not high enough, it don't have a way to delete multiple calls at one time selected

I don't have any service or no data right now I'm on hotspot to get a hold of AirVoice and I have unlimited calls data internet but it doesn't work can you please help me with if not thank I need to get a another way to get service on my phone

Not worth it! Takes your money, gives you NO service and everything is NON refundable. Can't get in contact with the customer service number that's provided. Created two tickets for support and got NO help. Definitely NOT worth it! Going to a different carrier and so should you.

So far,(1&1/2 months), not so great. 3g speeds, connection losses constantly, dropped calls, late texts etc..

if I could give no stars I would , had service with them for 4 months and never had internet and my phone was not able to receive incoming calls after calling and calling they did nothing amd refuse to give a refund or a free month of service

Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible service when you call customer service when you contact them no one answers you can be on the phone then it disconnects I was charged multiple times for adding more data in service and they haven't refund my money I don't know who to contacts service terrible they really need to start over and I do something ever since we had to stop paying for the service you can't get ahold of anybody I haven't gotten a response from multiple emails that I've sent

I will absolutely update this if things get better. But ever since I since I switched to this carrier it's been a confusing nightmare. I honestly switched to get a better phone. But where I was B4 this was 1 of the companies that did the super shady move of getting rid of the refurbished/recycled old phones and sent u the "habanero" model phone. Which in my experience was hands down the worst government phone of all time. Now Idk whats worse. The terrible phone or being totally confused w/ plan
