Absolutely horrible experience of late. When I open the app, it says I should update the app. And when I hit the update button, it shows I have the latest version. So basically, can't make any order. Edit: Thanks for reaching out to offer to help out in person. But why should that be the case? Everything in phone (software wise) is up to date. You should be able to fix it remotely. PS: Still having the same issue where it prompts me to update the app and when it already is updated.

The experience is so bad. The page isn't loading. And then when it does,there are so few options. Even the restaurants at 1-2km range are inaccessible. OTP doesn't work the app keeps crashing. Sometimes the OTP comes super late. By then,it doesn't work. Page doesn't load. Tried updating,uninstalling then reinstalling,nothing worked. I've tried again and again multiple times,even after a weeks gap. Nothing has worked. Nothing. So,at this point I've just stopped using it.

Horrible service experience with the app. They missed a major chunk of my order ,many items are missing ,even though the packing, delivery and extra charges are nearly half of the order. I couldn't even contact them afterwards . I had friends over and ordered from them but so many items were missing..and the order was also late. Horrible experience..I won't order again

All over the experience is good..but few changes/additions could make it more convenient. like we can't register in the app in non office hours..and it will be great if u add a feedback slot for each dish. other than just rating of restaurants,that way it gets more convenient for us the customers to order the particular food item, as restaurant rating may be good but their every item on the menu may not be that price worthy.So thats my humble suggestion. Other than that delivery persons r nice

always keeps on loading and refreshing page , takes too much time to load out,when you have to order something , also if I'm ordering for pasighat while I'm at itanagar , after selecting the destination as mirbuk ,I'm still show restaurants from itanagar , it's kinda let down when I wanna send someone cake on bdays and this is the issue I face what a let down

First of all this app works properly but functionally is damaged. The order came warm and safely, took decent amount of time but internally it's function is not working properly. I would like to ask the creater please upgrade it since it gave me hard time. If any customer is having problem regarding viewing your order know that the order will come and has been ordered and on its way but the information is gone from the app like you never ordered it in the first place. Just in case. Otherwise 😋

Delivery time is too much even my address is near to that restaurant or whatever the shop is from where im ordering and too much of glitches. You have to show the extra charges involved and minimum price to order is okay but with extra charges it becomes expensive tbh.Btw UI is user friendly.

Delivery service is good, reasonable delivery charges, varies on the distance of delivery adress. Should add option to order for other person. It would be nice add on to the app as we sometimes need to order for others but the app doesn't have a place to write down new number in the new adress slot.
