There's a bug, after ordering a product, sheet few more hours or days when ordering next product, the UI hangs and needs to be killed and restarted and asks for annoying feedback about previous order. Nobody is interested in giving feedback on a daily basis. Please fix it.

If we give 1 or 2 star to the meal which we ordered.. it won't allow us to order second meal and the app hangs there itself. If we close, reopen the app and if we give 4 or 5 stars it will allow us to order next meal. If we won't have freedom to give right rating, then there is no point for you to ask us give ratings. Please stop asking us to submit the ratings mandatorily after every meal or snacks. It seems like we are forced to give the ratings.

Need few more update. Issues: 1) Let's assume I am having 2 outlate in the campus and A outlate is working on time basis like brekfast/launch/dinner and B is working all day like selling bhel and juice so if I select all day only B's option is visible and if I choose breakfast/launch/dinner just getting A's option alone. Maybe one more option needed call enable all active menu / set that accordingly. 2) Some time randomly it forget to ask for review and after some 2-3 order it ask for old review

Why there will be update so frequent ? Isn't it possible to make one good app which require less update? For functionality you can go for dynamic app right its really a frustrating that shows update so frequently. Please work it. Or else we will escalate this to our company to find alternative for this.

Worst experience, first of all a person orders food coz they are hungry. They don't have direct payment option. Have to download the app place order ad wait for the food which has cockroach and bugs in it. And the representative has no shame to just take the food back and respond nothing. When tried to complaint he just told to give the feedback.

Most of the times it says no internet connection, try again, even though internet is connected with more than 20 Mbps download speed. Also this app need high speed data connection.

Poor experience. Connectivity issues, lags, server timeouts, really long animations (considering you need to use the app in a crowded environment for quick orders and checkouts). I don't think the people who designed the app have actully used it for its purpose. No one would use this app given a choice, they only use it because of no other option.

Why we need this app when we have to pick up our orders from counter ? Does it makes sence to anyone that spending time on selection and generating qr and then again scanning that qr to vendor terminal while we can simply order food on counter ? Why? Either transfer the orders to the vendor directly or change the app name to "waste of time".
