My first time using Giovanni's app, I usually order from their website but the app is much easier and your choices for each item are much clearer. You can add remove or burn it!! So much faster this way!! And the points for every order are a bonus too!! But after all, you can never go wrong with Giovanni's or their app!!

I would give the app by itself 5 stars because its convenient and easy. But I'm only giving 3 because of few experiences I've had. A few mess ups with my order and a few times I've waited an excessive amount of time for a delivery (2 hours and 30 minutes) after an approximate time of 75 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting and calling to find out what was going on I was told that they hadn't updated the mobile orders on their system so they didn't see it. All I got was a sorry and have a good night

3.5 It's a great app but sometimes it won't let me order. I try not to order late at night especially close to closing, but sometimes my husband and I don't get off work until late at night and since they're right by our apartment I've ordered an hour before closing a couple times. It won't let me do it on the app if it's that soon but their website will. It also makes me restart my order completely if I hit the back button that's on my phone instead of the back button on the app.

Apparently I forgot my password as the one I've tried will not work. When I provide my email in order to receive a code to change my password, it NEVER goes through. When I try to create a new account, I'm not permitted because that email is already in use. Therefore, the only option left is to use the guest ordering. I suppose I will never receive application rewards. Update: Finally straightened out. App is very user friendly...as long as you don't forget your password. 😉

The only complaint I have with the app is there isn't an option to add other toppings to most of the sandwiches other than the toppings they come with when ordering in the app. Edit: just got home with my order, don't bother using the app cause they didn't bother with the specifics like cutting the pizza in squares or swapping the marinara for red sauce.

Absolutely my favorite place to order from now. Great prices for what your gettin. Delicious pizza that go up to 19 inches. So much of variety of delicious foods and sasues to choose from. I just wish there beverages had more options to choose from.

Great app. Able to go back and forth from checkout to menu to add more items. The only problem was forgot password would not send a code to reset it so had to do a new profile with a different email. Food always hot and fresh. Great staff. Good deal for what they charge. Always ready on time. Love it!

So far off the first order very intuitive super easy to use and love the options left or right side of the pizze for sauce and toppings that's really nice. They offered deals right off the bat as well.
