This app is gives me zero confidence. It never saves my login, it doesn't autopopulate my scripts, it doesn't alert me when my prescription is ready. Not to mention that my script is never ready when I'm told it will be by phone. And who thought it was a good idea to not just force me to type in the meds I want to order, but to save them by the drug number?? I have to click thru DNs in order to find the names. I was with Rexall before this. No comparison. Not even close. Please fix this.

Used this app without issue for many months. Suddenly, this week, I cannot get into my account. It continually crashes at the log in page. So: have just noticed there was an update yesterday, so I again did the uninstall/ reinstall thing... and guess what!? THE APP STILL DOES NOT WORK!

This App is garbage. The one time I was able to get in, it couldn't verify my email, didn't recognize my pharmacy AFTER I searched, and clicked on my pharmacy. I can't log in. I can't reset my password. No matter what I do, I get an "invalid credentials" error message Add my prescriptions? How? I admit the Shoppers App spoiled me, but come on. - the group that handles this for IDA aren't amateurs - they do several health related apps. You can't tell that from my experience.

though it is a very good app but there are issues with ease of use. first of all it shows prescriptions in ascending meaning oldest first.. this is ridiculous it should be newest first.. bcz history you don't wanna check every time.. the other big issue is that the list should be divided in 2 parts.. with an option to select all OR only have refills... bcz mostly we would like to order for refill and if it an old prescription I have to keep checking all of them one by one....

I love the convenience of ordering from my phone but I wish it would tell you your prescription names. I have to click on each script to see if thats the one I need to refill and go back to then select multiple, this often leads to wrong scripts being clicked on for refills.

This app never remembers me, and I always have to sign in. Occasionally, I get an error message saying there is an application error. So today, it's just not working even after reinstalling it. Definitely needs improvement.

Have used this app since first available even though it was clunky. No logical order of prescriptions for refills. Latest update stalls at final screen. Does not give a pickup time nor an option to comment or write in a time so can no longer use this app. LG7 Android 10

i can't even finish the account setup process. when i select my pharmacy and press "next", i just get told "patient already registered to pharmacy" and nothing happens. closing and reopening the app brings me right back to the same page, with no way to progress further.
