Had been a really good app until the latest design change. I can't scroll in the boxes to see what all is written in it. Also, the task section where you check off what you've completed, no longer shows the details in them. You now have to go to the careplan every time to see it, but if too much is written in the box you can scroll to see the rest. I use the app as a caregiver not an administrator.

New update bug fixtures and etc., has been great. I haven't run into any trouble with this app. Or third party problems. Highly secure. Sometimes too secure... Enjoy using since I have been out of the workforce for awhile and now work at home. Easily to get ahold of a real person too! For us seniors.

It is user friendly. It hardly ever stops working. Ways to make it more user friendly are the notes. Have a list of task for personal care and home care so caregivers abd nurses dont waste time typing out paragraph or forget to input task completed. Simple list of task done so we can put a check mark for task completed. Better for nurses, caregivers, billing and clients.

Having used this app for 39 days now I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app 56 times in order for it to login or logout with GPS location. Othe features all work. After using this app for 140 days I still have to uninstall and reinstall the app to log in and out with GPS locator. Fortunately it only takes about 4 minutes to do. It is extremely rare that it works more than twice in a row and I've never had it work more than 3 times without going through the deinsatallation reinstallation

The worst charting program out there. I type my notes, click save immediately after, and then come back and the note disappeared entirely. You never know which notes randomly disappear and which ones actually saved. You can't just see all of your notes on one clean page to make sure they're all there. You have to click on every tab, which is time consuming and bulky. You can't review co-workers notes or trends over multiple shifts. I'm about to quit my job because of this terrible charting app.

App closes at random. Sometimes closes when trying to save notes and doesn't save the note when it does close. Very glitchey and location sometimes take long to find your location when Google maps is already locked on to you. I use this app for work and it really makes things more difficult than necessary. I use it as little as possible and contact my employer when I need something. A better version would not only help myself but also my coworkers and employer.
My name
My company uses this app to monitor my time/tasks at work and I have enjoyed it for several years. Lately, there are a lot of settings that have changed so that it often logs me out and I have to start over. I'm not certain if this is coming from settings my company uses or is at the level of the app itself but it's not as easy to use as it used to be. One example is if you are in the logout section and have to go use another app to calculate mileage, it logs you out.

It crashes a lot. I log in and the app logs me right out. Seems as if you changed this app. It used to allow caregivers to look ahead on the first of the month, two months to request extra shifts but not anymore. I cannot see my entire work schedule for the next month now but I used to see it. This application is not a convenient tool anymore.
