The app does not send me notifications even tho I have the setting set which has caused me to miss payments. I even had my power shut off because ACE failed to notify me via app or any other means.

This app is terrible. I've posted payments using it that didn't go through, they either removed or hid the option to turn on biometric login, the UI is clunky and crowded, and the whole experience overall is just unpleasant. That said, it's either use the app, load up the web portal, or pay my bill in person, so... The lesser of evils, I guess.

Was only really useful for reporting/updates on power outages, and paying your bill. 2+ months ago changed the preferred payment method to another bank acct. Twice they've still pulled it from the original account ($300+ both times) bringing the balance to below what my other bills in that acct draw. After the 1st time, I flat out deleted the original payment method from the app, and still had it drawn from there. Was told that the payment section of the app "just sometimes doesn't work." Great.

UPDATE: USELESS! DELETED! I just downloaded this & it doesn't work! I already have an account setup on line so I used my information from that. It knows I have an account because I get the pop up with the last 4 of my phone # to do 2 step verification. I get the 6 digit code, when I put it in it sends me right back to the sign in page! 😡 I tried about 6 times & finally gave up! Fix this please! An app is supposed to make payments easier not impossible!!! 🙄

This app and everything about this company is horrible. First, I tried to update my wife's last name. Not possible. Then I tried to update my bank account information and the app said system malfunction. I waited a month and tried again, same error. I tried doing it on their website to see if it was just their mobile app, same error. I called and after 15 minutes of going through their options, office is closed.

Absolutely horrible app. I've been unable to sign on at all. It keeps telling me to change my password which I do. Then it won't take the new password. Sent an email regarding this and they finally called me 2 weeks later. Told me they recommend being on Microsoft edge. I'm on your app lady! Then she says the problem is on my end and if reinstalling it doesn't work then check with my cell phone provider. What?? I'm using wifi! Even their IT doesn't know what's going on.

Does it even work,it just takes me to the website,whats the use for the app if i can just go to the website????????????Updated- had to completely uninstall and reinstall fresh. Seems to be working now. Much better and useful than the old one. Just updated hoping for a real useful product as the old version is good for very little. The upgrade crashes after 2 min. You need better programers for all the money you charge people.

Y'all charged me 250 last month. I put all led lights. Basically quit using heat .... N this month my bill is 300 .... Pretty sure y'all got bad equipment...or just straight ripping people off. Be nice to figure out which ...but no one answers the phones.... They have outside research companies returning y'all's calls ..... N pretty much just legal thieves ... Hope it catches up with y'all soon .... Good day
