Application keeps crashing at log in. Useless. Update: application is working, so I am adding two more stars, but adding a dependent is not easy. I added a dependent but cannot select him in the list for reimbursement. And there is no contact information where to call.

Not so good. So much for an AI powered app - it's giving anything slapped with an AI label a bad rep. Unintuitive UI, push notifications are severely timed improperly, and just generally hard to use. I am sure AI had everything to do with that.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The app keeps telling me to allow location detection, even after I already did, and hands up on the screen with an annoying flashing pop-up telling me to do what I already did. On top of that, the organization itself appears to be mentally so deficient because I have to provide receipts for EVERYTHING no matter where I use it. I would drop it altogether, but the benefits sign up window is already closed at my employer. This is the worst FSA organization ever.

It's nice to submit your expenses and check your account info. However, the Notification are not entirely mobile friendly. The text on the attached images or documents is way too small. With no way to zoom in to actually read it. So I end up having to look at that stuff in a Desktop Computer to be able to read it.

App keeps changing date of service. I double check and triple check before submitting (I even take screenshots), but after I submit, the date keeps changing. Last month, my childcare claim kept getting declined because of this problem with the app. I was hoping the issue was resolved, but same thing is happening again this month. Please fix ASAP!

Decent app, but major pain points are denial reasons not listed for purchases. ALSO, No reasons are given when your card is blocked and rather annoying to be denied without notification that the card cannot be used. This type of transactional rejection feed back to the client would be extremely useful if there is an issue so it can be resolved. I dont know why my account has been blocked, or if a reciept has been uploaded.

The notification font is tiny and can't be enlarged. I had to borrow magnify glasses to be able to read it and instruction unclear... like how to validate my bank acct... what 3 amounts do I need to list? It says I was suppd to get a check instead but they never came since almost a month now. And perhaps this company can read all their bad reviews and fix the issues. I know the folks on the phone are extremely helpful but I work so I have to play phone tag during this busy season.

Statements in app are too small to read and cannot be zoomed in on. Landscape view does not resize statements.
