Too many adds, app pages randomly doesn't load or just crashes, and emails are also full of ads. Also, when registering for a team, it requires you to subscribe to their premium service, even though it is optional. The only way to get around it is to use the browser. That being said, it does a good job at running intramural leagues. It needs work though.

The IM web platform is the worst website I've ever seen, it is way too slow and is 90% ad space. I manage teams at a school who uses IM leagues so downloaded phone app in hopes it would run smoother. It will not open on my phone for weeks at a time, is crazy slow and doesnt have all necessary features and, as icing on top, has sent me spam messages to my phone after asking for my number during setup . Using IM leagues has taken a lot of joy out of the sport and league that uses it.

Terriblly intrusive ads that appear every other click and last a substantial amount of time. On top of that they have ads you can click on and cover nearly half of the screen at all times. I I understand that's why they have a pay structure but it seems absurd because they are likely getting some sort of compensation from the schools themselves. TLDR; Intrusive ads that last far too long due to greedy company.

Remove ads from emails, especially before the content the email is about. On that note, if ~1200 schools pay to use your platform, there shouldn't be a $12 premium version, or ads in the first place; I shouldn't have to see 9 ads when I go to sign up for a spot at my school's fitness center, only to see 2-8 more when I receive a confirmation emails.This app, is by far the worst piece of software that I've used, since i first learned how to operate a computer back in the year 2000.

This app is absolute garbage. It is awful to navigate. The ads pop up every time you try to use it and half the time they freeze, so you have to restart the awful navigation again. There is nothing intuitive about it. I'm only using it because it's required by the intermural league. As soon as it's over, I won't be able to get it off my phone quick enough.

The ads on this app are pretty intrusive, and really need to be toned down to improve the experience for ad-free users. I understand that ads keep the developers afloat, but the free version should be at least usable. The actual content of the app is quite good, and it's a useful app to manage IM teams across sports on a single application. tl;dr: Less intrusive ads would make this app 100x better The app itself is pretty good

App is garbage; the ads constantly cover the screen intrusively, and the UI is barely functional. I merged my community college account with my current university on laptop, and the app just stopped working completely. Couldn't sign out and back in, or anything. Even if I paid for the ads to be removed, it wouldn't matter because just interacting with the app is so slow. Getting friends to sign up for your team is such a hassle on the app-- so slow it's embarrassing.

It app is terrible. It is covered in ads. They block so much of the screen I can't see anything else. Then I was trying to message someone and the ads blocked the conversation and I have no idea what they said. I couldn't close the ad or move it. There are so many ads that it crashes my phone and my computer. Our team immediately switched to texting because it's so awful.
