This used to be a great app until they started working on the rewards and passport features over two months ago. Have had passport for a while but different times lately have been unable to use the tickets I purchased since the feature is down on the app. They tried to charge me for my membership this month and unfortunately the card is no longer valid they have on file. I can't change the card on file since again that feature isn't available so they canceled my membership and I lost my credits.

TERRIBLE!! JUST GIVE US A LIST of the movies showing that day & the ability to easily change the date (if u want show times next week, it takes 10min to go through each movie & change date, & check times playing!) & The "movie posters" always move! (usually just before you push them) & you end up seeing movie times for a different movie, then you thought .... I accidentally bought tickets to the wrong movie TWICE ! JUST GIVE US A LIST & ADJUSTABLE DATE BOX & SHOW TIMES OF ALL MOVIES !!

This is a nice theater for a date. Nice atmosphere and an easy experience ordering tickets on the app. Also, the selection of drinks are good. I dropped one star because the selection of food is not as good

Illogical Even when you set your theatre location it shows other surrounding CMX theatres when looking at movie times, and never once does it say what city, only the fancy name that only employees would know. I thought I was buying tickets for a 5oclock showing at "CMX Bistro" because "CMX Fallchase" only had a showing a few hours later. I assumed it was a screen that served food? No - it was a movie theatre a few hours away. Then when we get to the theatre they don't refund me - "Go online"

Awful. Difficult to use. I want to see what's playing at the theater on a certain day. Can't do that. Everyone else's app allows that.

the loading times are huge, it takes too much time to load and it makes sometimes fail. Also i have the monthly subscription for 2 people and only gave me 1 free ticker when it should give me 2. The app is on the right way, better than the website but still needs some improvement.

Horrible app. To see info about prices, seats, etc you need to register for an account. If you want to view the info as a "guest" instead, you ALSO need to give CMX your name, email, etc! It's ridiculous. There's no way to view all the movies playing at a particular theater on a particular date. You have to select each movie, then select each date. No way to filter theaters. Slow to load. Too cumbersome to use. Did anybody even test this app before submitting it?
