always a black screen. have tried to sign in several times both from the enterprise network and from home, trying different options during the sign up process, which send to work fine, to see if anything changes. right after I opt in or out from the telemetry page I got a black screen. from there on out until I reset or uninstall, each time the app starts I see the infor logo and then a black screen.

Previously had this app on my older phone (Google Pixel 7) and it worked perfectly fine until I upgraded my phone (to a Google Pixel 9). I can't even use the app anymore like I use to. The app would open up and act as if it is working but once it gets to a certain point to where it always ends up on a black screen and sometimes I would get a application prompt about the app no longer being able to respond so I have to either close it out or do nothing with it

Had an Android update today to 14 on Pixel 7 and now this app won't work. It is essential for us to log our work times in and out. Have done all the necessary tries, clearing cache, force stop, restart, uninstall, reinstall, rescan QR code and nothing. App stays black. Have sent the feedback each time it stops responding. It's worked great prior. IT dept. says it's an app issue. The frustration is real.

App went from glitchy before August update to completely non-functional. It locked me out just after update citing Administrator booted me and to log back in using QR code. Finally located someone at the office with the mysterious code and now it logs me in but whenever I click "My Time" it just spins on a black screen. App is useless now, it was barely functional before.

Infor continues to be the solution no one asked for to problems no one can Identify. Gone are the days of simple email, for now we have an app that lags and glitches constantly, and has weekly updates that force you to log out. Update 8/2024 The newest update just crashes the app when you try to open it.

Absolute garbage app. User interface is confusing, doesn't work probably 50 percent of the time, requesting time off takes like 15 minutes because of the trash UI, then now I've been totally locked out cause it thinks I don't know my own PIN, try to reset PIN, whole thing just crashes.

This is the worst clocking in app ever! After updates, you cant clock in on time because your pin automatically stops working, so you have to reset your pin, causing you to be late to work even though you're not late, you're sitting in the building. They say use the computer so after you sign onto the computer and log in to infor, you are still late.

This app is always logging me out when it's updated, always sating my session was terminated by administration. App is updated and keeps messing up. I'm always having to re-download.
