Not Great, eventually allowed booking of class but difficult to use. Definitely needs work on user interface and difficult if you want to use more than one site.

Atrocious, trying to book water sports via this app seems to be impossible. Going round in circles. Can not see or find any availability, infact you cant see if its booked or closed. Only option visible is kayaking , and seems to be always showing(NO EVENTS TO DISPLAY)

I booked a family swim and got confirmation of the booking by email . In the app history it said you have no booking. I booked another swim for the following week and I needed to change the time as it didn't suit and I couldn't because again it said I had no booking even though I had paid and had a confirmation email . It seems you cant change anything as you information is not stored in the app of the bookings you have made .

It is so difficult to book anything. The timetable always says no classes available on the selected day even though there is. The layout is so complicated. Website is the same and noone answers the phones.

The app is rubbish, never able to book a class, gym or even a swim. The wiring list option is completely pointless. Save your money join a gym that actually takes a booking you can go to that suits you.

The update is terrible. If its not broken don't fix it! Bookings are much harder to understand in the updated version. Older version was easier to understand and much better laid out.

Not user friendly at all. Impossible to navigate. Trying to book a swim is nigh on impossible. Terrible app.

Not too bad but a pool timetable in the app would be great becuase this information is deeply buried on the website and took a lot of searching to find.
