Besides its manipulative fast payment which is the only option this app has to save your card details. This was obviously done to add a further 3 percent on top of all the irregular, automatic (non accurate and averaged readings), and all added costs the stss system has instore. The app continuously restores itself everytime you go to retrieve your OTP which makes payment impossible. The bare basics which doesn't always work.

Fees are ridiculously high for prepaid. The metering equipment is horribly inaccurate and delayed. They have to do manual readings and adjustments often. The app is unstable and buggy. Customer support is very bad. If you still have a way to get out of your contract or sell and move then do it to save you having to deal with these clowns.

Payments always seem to be an issue and I always have to follow up even when proof is sent directly from bank, as per their requirements. Prepaid rates are extremely high and we don't have a choice but to use them. Getting debited for usage after the fact and always at the most inconvenient times.

Bad and poor service, i topped up my account, and got an error message and and the amount went off my account and the wallet still shows not topped up... The chat bot or service agent doesn't help either, service line is worse. I've never been so let down.

This app does not work. It's not linked to my unit. I live alone and not home half of the time yet that graph shows high peaks that I have used electricity between 12 and 2 when I'll be at work. Also staff is not very helpful via email. And the website to check your balance is down

ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP AND THE SERVICE. Unfortunately, we have been forced by our estate to use this service. It costs more money than municipality rates, it is difficult to purchase units, and the help is terrible. If you have the option I would recommend staying far away from this prepaid meter service.

STss supposedly have live billing, yet there are constant deductions off your wallet balance as their intelligent system does not perform accurately. Every transaction has an added admin fee. Many of us users experience constant double billing, and little is done by STss to rectify the situation

Horrible!! the syncing with the sensors is bad, manual readings add so much to your bill in a short space of time and if you can't top up they cut the electricity. Really bad
