Before I changed phones (Galaxy S8 to S21) I was able to order from the app with no problem; however, on my new phone I'm unable to use my keyboard to fill out my account information. The keyboard does not pop up. I tried all the ways to get the keyboard working, but I can't get anything to fix this issue; therefore, I have to continue calling an iTea location or ordering at the door. Otherwise, this is a super useful app.

I got a text notification that the app is avail. After installing it nothing seems to work. A simple drink menu doesn't even display. It seems like the app isn't ready for primetime. Why advertise it when it's clearly needs more development.

App used to work great, but now the keyboard doesn't come up to enter information and credit card. Can't order via app anymore, it's useless. Even when trying to paste information in to navigate the app without a keyboard, it just freezes.

This app has become unusable since the last update. I can no longer type inputs into the fields. (Using Pixel5). Also would be nice if it used gpay so I wouldn't have to input my credit card info every time (which currently as I mentioned there is no way to input)

App does not allow you to enter email address and password to login. Reinstalled app multiple times, cleared cache ... Nothing works. Store employees are non-technical and clueless.

I forgot my password and when I choose that option I don't get help changing it. I can't log in anymore. I have tried to contact corporate.

Keyboard doesn't come up on inputs fields so I can't type any inputs. Unusable.

It's my first time using the app. The keyboard didn't pop up when I'm trying to log in or when I'm trying to create an account
