Stay far away!!!!! Got charged like 4 months after using it. Also, when trying to cancel, the app conveniently crashes as soon as you select "your plan" EVERY time. Seems intentional and very shady. Fighting the charge with my bank, wish me luck. Don't give these people your info!! As of 1/18/25 just got charged AGAIN after canceling online.

If I could give this app and their customer service a zero I would actually they deserve less than that. They make it impossible to cancel their service and continue to charge you for months after you have canceled. I have requested refunds. I have requested to be canceled multiple times and all I get is please fill out the survey for our customer service which does not exist. If that's the way they treat customers they should not have any

This app used to be good , although now it's trash. Every update just gets worse and worse. Read faxes keep showing unread when logging in and out. Click on remember me although everything I close the app it makes me put all info in again. Fix this

This is a HUGE SCAM!!! I Receive junk spam emails with attachments. I am not able to cancel the plan! It kicks me out & makes me keep logging back in & never allows me to cancel this. I have reported this to my bank to have it blocked!!

Paid, filled out pages of paperwork and then received email saying they could not provide the service with no explanation or option on how to correct any issues. Extremely poor customer service.

Great app! Extremely useful in my line of work where they're are still some business trapped in 1993 and only communicate via fax! We use it to send invoices. REQUEST FOR DEVELOPERS: PLEEEASE find a way to show tags in the inbox! I get hundreds of purchase orders from the same vendor and without being able to rename/tag it in the inbox, I just have endless faxes from the same number and have to manually go in and check each one to find what I'm looking for! Other than that, great app!!

It worked fine during the $5 trial. Once I paid for full membership, I was no longer able to send a fax. (yes, I have contacted support, cleared cache, used other browser, tried it in the app, multiple devices, even changed the password in case the saved one was wrong. "nothing worked.") Once I "uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, I could fax. *I do NOT want to have un & reinstall before each use. Still nothing from browsers: Chrome, or DuckDuckGo. And no thank you, I will NOT use IE.

It sure is hard to cancel my subscription. I've tried calling, I've followed all the instructions I could find. I finally found the "cancel subscription" button, and it says I can't. I have to chat with a representative. I try, and everything freezes. Over and over. Please help me cancel it! The app doesn't even support the type of document I need to send.
