The app gets stuck on the "Walter" screen after I log in (galaxy s9) . Same thing occurs on my spouce's One Plus 6. I'm sure the Devs are proud of the name but I'd really prefer being able of get into the app. I also tried using the website. I can log in but I'm unable to change dates when reserving an amenity in my building so it's pretty much useless.

This app should be taken down from the Google Store, fixed, and then uploaded again. Honestly, the bloody thing barelly works. The amount of bugs is simply an impeditive, and my building forced everyone to use it. Seriously, I understand things are not so simple, but Walter is simply incomplete. Finish the app and then make it available.

User interface issues. Just try posting an ad in the classified section. You can't edit your ad after posting and even worse there is no way to even VIEW the full text of an ad because the terrible UI only shows the compact truncated version of the info with no option to expand. There is also a large and pointless price tag icon next to each ad posting that only exacerbates the issue by taking up valuable screen space.

Very poorly laid out. Tells it about things but not how to get to it. Please provide links in the info sections. I clicked the link to tell me about the upcoming Garden and Terrace Inspections and it brought me here...... Oooh. Just figured it out.. It's a link to more info ' about' the Walter App on the Walter App. Nothing to do with the message it is attached to. My rating remains the same. I have seen your request asking for further details / screenshots but I think that that would b e a waste of my time: I got an email telling me about something happening in my complex. There were not a great deal of details so I clicked on "More Info" thinking that it would give me details on that particular issue. It doesn't because it is only a link to more details about the Walter App. There are no links or menus in Walter that I could find for me to display information that pertains to my building.. As such, I do not find it a useful tool.

Just loaded the app. Pressed for news, a screen opened with a spinner turning in the middle, and a sign saying "loading ", nothing happed even after 5 min. There was an arrow to go back. It was non functional. I deleted the app. Not to impressed.

I'd give this app - 5 if I could. Few years in, only got worse. Changed phones and activation code sending doesn't even work. Unable to do the basic things properly. UX ui bad. Will randomly log me out and then won't let me back in with the email I'm getting emails from (ie the email assigned to the account).

My condominium management corporation decided that this app would be a good way to communicate with residents... They were wrong. Every time I try and open the chat function the app crashes. I guess it makes life easy for them seeing as I can't bring forth any issues.

Updating my review from 1 star to 4. Got much better. Would like to see better reservation capabilities for amenities such as how many reservations were made for a time period before making a reservation since sometimes too many people have reserved the same spot (I know this is probably our administrators' choice that the system is taking too many reservations for the same time spot)
