At first it had provided the snacks with great quality. As they gained the fame they begun to provide snacks with poor quality. The snacks provided for the money isn't worthy. Biscuits will be broken inside and snacks tastes differently as compared to the snacks bought outside... Don't buy the snacks from here..Do consider my review before buying from it

JustVend is a nightmare. The app auto-set to the wrong floor, took my money, and gave me nothing in return. I’ve sent over 10 emails to customer service, and after 10 days, they’re still ignoring me. This app makes users pay for its own glitches, then leaves them out to dry with zero support. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this app if you value your money and your sanity! JustVend is unreliable, unaccountable, and downright useless!

Location: RNS institute of technology. Helpline number doesn't work, stuff doesn't come out, whole payment got wasted. I have already called multiple times and no one picks up. I will make sure this machine is removed from institute premises unless it gives my money back. Guys, if you are writing a helpline number, make it workable. It is irritating how many times i have to call. Either make it better and give my money back or remove it.

Location: RV College of Engineering. The app doesn't open and sometimes the items are stuck. Even if there isn't an item in the machine, it shows as if it exists in the app. PLEASE DO CHECK AND CORRECT THE STUFF. IT'S REALLY IRRITATING

Location:BMS This app service is very bad, customer service on top of that is even worse. They will tell us they will cross verify and start the refund if you deserve it but the refund nerver comes across. If you call again asking for refund they will keep saying the same thing. If it happens once it's understandable but it keeps happening again and again. After a point it's more like they are leaching the money of us and not providing any service at all.

No refund, despite the issue of the vending machine. When the machine is not working and the money is not refunded. the app doesn't have refund policy. Very bad. Despite the vending machine is working through an app interface. Vending machine of nutrifills without an app does have refunds through WhatsApp queries.
