The upside is it's convenient when it comes to working when YOU want to however, they don't hold the facilities accountable for their last minute cancellations. I've had facilities cancel on me while I was on my way there & never got compensated for my wasted gas& time. But if you were to cancel a shift because you or your kids are sick they want to suspend you for 7 whole days because of it.. It's crazy how they're always seeking to hire people but don't have their employees backs.

If you're looking to work, this isn't the app. No facilities in Indpls. Also, if you pick up a late call and the facility happens to cancel you on your way. Kare does not compensate for time or travel! Lastly low pay rates!!!!!

Kare now works with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S24) and they seem to have fixed their 48 hour requirement rule for shift cancelations so I'm giving them a better review now. Keep it up and keep working towards protecting your user's rights, not just the communities. The rates are still not totally great, so I can't give a 5 star review.

Magnificent!! I love ❤️❤️ KARE Heros (app). So convenient and easy to use when searching for and applying for shifts. Its easy to communicate with the facilities in the app. I love when the facilities reach out to me to pick up a shift. Other apps are a bit complicated for me because Im not that tech savvy. KARE Heros app is very user-friendly. I've been with KARE since 2022 and won't use any other. 💯

It closes on its own and doesn't open . I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app 6 times in the last 5 days. I'm honestly getting tired of having to do this. I'm still having issues with this app. It has been uninstalled so many times. It's ridiculous that there are still so many problems with it after all of this time. The app is continuously doing the same thing. This week along, it has been reinstalled 10 times & it's only Thursday

App works great! The only thing I would like to see is the ability to search for shifts by dates. Other than that, you can search for shifts by name of facility or by credentials. I haven't had any issues logging in or receiving notifications based on my preferences. I do wish there was a way you could block certain facilities so they don't show up when searching for shifts. But so far so good!

Skip this plac if your cleveland ohio get ready to drive to Akron or further so 0 is what I put after they lost my paycheck AGAIN saying I need to wait 5 days AGAIN even after getting 5 stars from the place I picked up at then I also have to call the facility to verify my shift cuz they get mad you don't want to stay over for them all shifts are a bid pretty much you have to wait to get picked outta who ever signs up if your new have alot of side jobs cuz they like familiar faces in the boonies

App is currently down for android users so I can't see any shifts, confirm shifts, hit ready to go or clock in and out but yet I'm still getting text messages telling me I'm going to be canceled and get suspended for not showing up. When you call everyone has a different excuse and story. I have not been able to get my shifts verified. No one knows what's going on and how to fix it.
