This app needs improvements in usability. I sometimes get updates from my district to watch a new bus and I can never remember how to do it because it's not under "My Buses", nor is there any place in any of the app that says "Add or Change Bus". I have to click around every time until I accidentally find it. This should be intuitive and is not at all.

Good morning. My experience has not changed. This app continues to be inaccurate. My child has missed his bus using this app. The bus will be coming to the bus stop when the app shows the bus 3 to 4 blocks away. We no longer rely on this app for accuracy.

Great when it works, but it's really inconsistent. I'll randomly stop receiving updates until I log out and log back in. Sometimes it's every few days, sometimes every day. Alerts have also been delayed more than 20 minutes, which has caused us to be late. Generally there is a lot of room for improvement. Wish it remembered the zones when adding a new bus. It's so tedious having to set it all up when the kids are on a different bus for a single day. Good concept, very poor execution.

I would love to update this review to a higher rating but right now this app is not providing the basic functionality that I need from it. For the last few weeks it will not send a notification when the bus enters the area. I have checked all settings in the app and on the phone everything is turned on to allow notifications. Just today I noted that the app is logging notifications, they're just not being sent to the phone.

Is a good app, I like that it shows the exact location of the bus and notifies you. Sometimes, though depending on the day we are not able to log. Also would be more useful to know how far is the bus as in how many stops, for us the bus might be within 1 mile but still might have 6-7 stops before us, so we usually arrive too early and end having to wait for a long period of time.

This has helped a lot to track where my kids are on the bus. However, when you go through the trouble of setting up alerts, I would find it more helpful if those alerts would automatically transfer to the substitute bus number. You definitely have to pay attention to the app and bus locations - not just rely on alerts. Otherwise, this could cause some issues. And also understand that the app is typically a courtesy of the school system. If your kid misses the bus, you're still responsible.

The app constantly stops working. GPS stops tracking for days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It's up to date. I cleared cache and force stopped too. I need this app due to my son being special needs. When it works, it's awesome. What's happening? Currently it's stuck with bus near the highway before my son's stop as of 9/26/19.

FaZe MaZe

It was a great app until it started going crazy. The bus jumps from one street to another, then completely goes off the screen. When it is picking up my kids, it shows being on a street it has already pick up kids on. It keeps flipping back and forth on the route. Never know when kids need to be at bus stop and I have a 1500 foot driveway to get to the bus stop. It tells me bus has arrived at a place "23 minutes" ago. Cannot follow that! Please fix.
