This works well. I have two installed. However, a few months ago I stopped receiving pushed notifications. It was nice to learn when plants were being watered and when the system would stop. I have checked cell settings and all looks good so I am not sure why push notifications isn't working anymore. My only complaint.

App is reasonably functional and stable, but it's not well organized and is missing essential features. Two *HUGE* oversights (and the reason for docking stars) are the total lack of a simple on/off or start/stop flow button in the app which is very annoying if say you have a leak, but the water cycle has started..... no way to stop. Huge mess. Fatal flaw. Other issue is only being able to water by minute intervals. Seconds are absolutely necessary. A full minute floods some gardens.

Great features and flexible scheduling options. Just please change the weather data provider (Dark Sky) as it is nowhere near accurate for my local area. Temperatures are always 5 to 10 degrees off and conditions are also always way off. Please consider changing to a real weather data provider like National Weather Service or Weather Underground.

app OK but unfortunately the app has serious bugs. one problem is the rain skip feature. it uses apple weather kit which is really reliable but the funny thing is (as pointed out but support Jack) the rainfall data in the weather report corresponds to the time frame from 00:00 to 23:59, while the rainfall data used in the "Rain Skip" corresponds to the time frame from watering start to (watering start+ 24 hours). So two values not equal. FIX please, this is a big BUG for a system so expensive

Like the product, but hate the app. It's not intuitive, and if you don't use it for a while after figuring out how to program it, you have to re-learn the app again. Make it easier to get to the "work mode". Just tap on a device and either start watering or program watering is all that's needed here. Also, it would be nice to be able to suspend or turn off a program for the winter. If there is a way, I couldn't figure it out. Also, I regularly get connection errors.

Works good, not too bad to figure out, at least for me. One improvement I'd like is to have it show all devices regardless of gateway on the dashboard if desired (which I do). Only downsides are device side, not app side (zigbe range, not wifi capable, and not poe capable) would also like the gateways to be more like a mesh so not gateway dependant for the devices.

They changed nthe notification sound. It used to be a relatively innocuous bubbling sound, and it was always obvious what it was. Recently the sound changed to a loud obnoxious beep that sounds like something is seriously wrong with my phone. It took me a few days to figure out where the sound was even coming from. Please change the sound back, or give us the option to choose our own.

I've used this device for almost eight years now. I've seen huge improvements over the years and I'm happy to say the app is very responsive as before it took a few tries for the tap to turn on and off. Now it works straight away. The functionality and UI is very easy to use. I know I ran into some problems a few years back and you've been very responsive. I'm very happy with your product and I'll be buying another tap soon after new years
