Awful. Simply doesnt work. Just says its scanning for files, and calculating duration. It did once finish scanning and said it would take 11 days to back up, and attempted to do so at about 250kp/s....! i have superfast wifi, no such issues on any other device or app. My phone has about 300gb of data, not excessive these days. After a day, it failed having got through 7% of the files, and refused to restart. Its never got to actually backing up again, just "scanning". Waste of time and money.

Awful product. There's no way to automatically backup document files only photos and videos. You can create folders but can't move files between these folders. It has an outdated music playlist function (which I can't figure how to use), most people use music streaming services these days. File uploads one at a time?? Really basic stuff missing. I'm upset I was bamboozled into buying this and now I'm stuck with it for 3 years. I will not be renewing. I've marked the date in my calendar.

if you have any disruption to the WiFi the back up cancels and doesn't resume. one drive worked seamlessly this does not. downloading files off the cloud to Android crashes more than it works. I've never retrieved a folder of files first time. when you are downloading if you touch any part of the screen it cancels the download edit: turns out the automated backup hasn't worked in three months. Edit: sharing files is via an e-mailed link (!) Which doesn't work. Don't buy

Extremely unreliable backups. Went to restore my backup and over 800 photos couldn't be restored, because turns out they didn't upload properly and were online as 0 byte files. Customer service were stumped and their explanation was, jpegs can sometimes be temperamental. The most commonly used image format in the world?? Come on. I think its more likely this software is temperamental. Unreliable backups are useless so this software is useless. What a waste of money.

Since this latest update the app has lost the name of my device and i sists i start a new one (the old name and files still exist online) but now when it runs its not giving me any options to choose folders to include/exclude (im sure it did before) and refuses to back up anything from before 2023.....not good and does not give me any confidence. The interface has never inproved beyond very basic and im glad I also run mycloud backups onto my own NAS.

No "Support" or "Contact Us" buttons which would be really useful to me at the moment. Disappointed that you can't copy items and paste them somewhere else or copy them by dragging and dropping them outside the app either on a mobile device or a laptop. Really limited as to what you can do with it.

2024: still just as awful as my original review. Slow, disconnects, doesn't back-up, hard to find files, files corrupt. Do not use this service. It is astonishing that Currys are letting their name anywhere near this service. 2022: Mobile backup still does not work. Please don't fall into the trap of using and paying for this. Avoid at all costs.

Rubbish! I got Team Knowhow Cloud Storage after buying my Macbook from Curry's, but it really isn't worth it. The app stalls at the slightest break in communication & subsequently gives up. I can sit next to my Wi-Fi box and download films, but I can't back-up my phone because apparently there is no network?!? It transpires that this app has failed to back up my files for the last 8 months! Even uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't helped. Don't waste your time folks - life is too short!
