Need too many updates for bikes rides , following are issue faced by, 1. After accepted the order, the order is not showing while navigate to pickup point. Good thing is it's happened after the pickup order. 2. It's happening 2-3 times a day .... 3. Due to this customer is also going face issue. Otherwise everything is okay....... Suggestion:- 1. Clear the issue mentioned above.... 2. Some time it's show no network or unreachable while the mobile has good connection. This thing need to resolve.

App. Is slow and lagging more. Very slow. Call support response also not good. If driver in customer place and for any issues to reach support team support request option only delivery driver have. But sometimes call support team not call back. They not give proper response to delivery partners issue. Delivery pay also not so good. They take huge commission from delivery drivers. If they getting rs. 325 from customer they give only 235 near by only to delivery person.

Do you know in the middle of the delivery my application has stopped working the orders are cancelled due to this not only once exactly i have experienced more than 3 times so please solve the bugs and improve the interface .... Very usefull to the partners..

Worst Customer Driver Support and policy. After you arrive at Customer location for pickup and Customer is not reachable or address incorrect, due to which if your trip is being cancelled you won't be getting any money for it. No matter if you wait at Customer pickup location for 30 mins or 1 hr. Even lynk will not pay anything to you if travel to Customer pickup location and Customer cancel the order no matter if the location is 10 km also. You won't be getting anything. Try Porter Partner.

I'm a Lynk partner and I have been using the app since 2months they are looting the driver partners simply by deducting whatever the amount they want. There is no ride breakup and no response from CC. There is no destination and trip fare popup option once we accept the order we will get destination after starting the trip. No fare estimation and looting partners share .

Really it needs lots of development and it should also be user friendly to users where they are lagging. Nowadays technology has been and getting development but when compared with others they need to work a lot .Etc concern department should really look in to and make your App user friendly. Even in the selfie trips when ever we accept it's shows its be just accepted by the another rider. But when we go online at that time tha same trip is assigned with the difference in my share?

I am Srinivas, lynk partner. I feel there are many changes to do be introduced in Lynk app.Being a driver i cannot call the customer directly from the app,improper fares and locations.Will you please update the amount earned differing online amount & cash collected? Provide invoices as PDFs with clear and exact amount. Provide an emergency/vehicle breakdown option. It will be helpful if the customer care executives will get in touch very quickly.Cant bare the long waiting times in time lapse.

pathetic. Lync App servers are dead. I tried several times to login/register. I do not get OTP. while I'm able to get messages for all other apps. wasted an hour just trying to sign up/ Login.
