Was very excited to order first time. And it was quick and pita pit food was warm. Second order from jumbo took 30min and arrived cold. Probably not Manna fault, but was disappointed.

What's an acceptable number of times to restart the app? What about restarting the phone? Should I uninstall, reinstall and try again?

The app is simple enough and easy to use, had a straightforward experience for my first order. Still feels like a new service that needs time to become really full-fledged as some not all sellers and regions are available (marked as coming soon), but what's there shows great promise. The novelty of drone delivery on its own is cool, but even better is that it's quick and you can schedule it. Hope it continues to get better and more widespread!

Tried ordering on a few separate occasions, yet to receive a delivery. Customer service is great, was refunded immediately, but the drones can't fly in the rain, and in Ireland, that's somewhat of a dealbreaker. Great potential, but I'll be steering clear until they've worked out the kinks.

Neat idea but living beside one of their headquarters can be quite irritating having a drone flying right above your house every 10 minutes or so as they are quite loud (louder than a helicopter). A suggestion would be for them to stick to flying above roads, so that it would disturb less people, and it would still be quicker than conventional car delivery, but ultimately the design of the drone needs to be worked on to be less noisy. The drones are definitely not quiet as advertised.

Menu ui terrible. Hitting back once deleted everything. Non intuitive. Taken my money then said they wouldn't deliver. Had to reach to support. Said my garden too small to deliver.. it is 4x3m how big do you need it?? Avoid
