I only use this app for one store but there are certain things I wish they would add or fix. First, you can't see any of your past orders which can be a problem when you're having difficulties with the delivery. Literally just had someone speed off with an order and had to get in contact with customer service to try and get it replaced. Second, they don't have any of their info to get in contact with menufy if you do have a problem. We had to call the restaurant.

Worst experience!!! If I could give no stars I would. Order placed, was told 1.5 to 2 hrs until pick up. Husband shows up to pick up. 30 people in line (during covid) people have been waiting. He is being told orders have not been coming through. Another 2 hr wait??? Can't get money back now, however my card has already been charged!! Not happy with this restaurant or this app! You charge a convenience fee to be very inconvenient. Will never waste time again on this app.

Good only for seeing menu and prices of some restaurants that don't have their own website. If you qualify for discounts like Senior or Military there's no way of applying that AND the restaurant won't honor it even if you select pay at restaurant. Ordered from Imperial Palace Express in Bellevue. They didn't start preparing food until arrival and refused to do our Military discount eventhough we hadn't paid yet. Not cool. Won't ever order using this app again.

Very poor customer service. It's the last time I use this app. I've ordered delivery and it took 2 hours to get my order. There is no way of tracking delivery orders. Their phone number for help is useless beside putting you on hold and tells you they can't do anything for you. I'm very disappointed to pay for a service that is non existent.

I pre-ordered a large meal about 5 hours before I needed it for a dinner meeting. Menufy did not communicate the requested time to the restaurant, so they prepared it immediately and then it sat on the counter for 5 hours. My local restaurant was very accommodating when I arrived, but I hate that this small business had to throw out over $100 of wasted food because of the tech problem!

Ripoff, don't use these guys ever. I placed an order and before the restaurant confirmed the order they charged my card. Then when the restaurant didn't have what I ordered, they cancelled my order. Then Menufy called me to tell me they would refund my money in 2-3 business days. So, they charged me, before the restaurant got the order. You don't charge for a restaurant order until it's confirmed. Then when I got upset on the phone, they hung up on me. 😡😡😡

It's amazing! Ive used them twice. You can customize your meal too. I got beef and mushrooms and added extra beef, carrots and broccoli. Delicious! So much food for the price, which was around $25. Enough for two meals.
