The app isn't very intuitive, and doesn't seem to let me use all the features... That's probably due to the model number of air conditioner I have, but it should and provide sometimes visual cue that those features are not supported on my model. instead, they look fully functional but just don't do anything.

Once I really took a min to read the directions. Set up the unit to the app properly. Then app to my phone. I love it!!!! I've been at my sisters 20 mins away and can check in on the home temp for the fur baby. Adjust the temp if needs be. It could not be easier once it is set up. I did have a bit of trouble getting things going. Pic not taking QR code properly etc, nothing too dramatic. I believe this is our 2nd or 3rd yr w/ this unit. Still going strong.

It sucks ..because I cannot add my window AC to this app, every time I try connecting the time runs out, on the last out of the four or five connection. It's supposed to connect to my internet, it keeps trying to connect to another LAN that's not mine, and it says connecting temporarily! I don't want temporarily, this is horrible and it was fine, until we got a different router and I've changed the password. I've done everything the FAQ says to do, and it's just not connecting. That's all I need

Simply does not work. With their recent update at least it doesn't CRASH every time I try to connect it to my wifi, but now after manually connecting to the AC's network, and entering my Wi-Fi information (which is 2.4 GHz), it gets to 99% of the first step and hangs indefinitely.The QR code scanner still doesn't work (says "device not in AP mode"; the thing is blinking "AP" and is on). Idiot developers are wasting time adding toast popups, not fixing any damn bugs.

App won't finish the connection process. It does the first 3 steps at 100%...last step only gets to 99% and then stops. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and the same error keeps happening. Wifi works just fine with everything else in my house, so I know it's not the wifi. Please fix this...it's super annoying.

I love this app! I was able to set it up after a few trys. When it gets to the percentage it does stall but I thought it through and all you have to do is manually switch back to your normal wi-fi and it gets to 100%. I've given 4 stars because I can't figure out how to get the "Timer on/off" function to work... I've emailed the developer my issue, hoping they can explain to me how to get it to work. When they help me through it I will come back to change to 5 stars.

This was awesome to start. Then once the time changed, it no longer is adjustable, scheduled times are NOT SHOWING UP, but the AC UNIT still runs as schedule durning the summer. I can't change it, in the mobile app. So it runs every day in the fall and winter until I manually shut it down, every day. Shorting it's life I am sure! Bad app! ...and I've written to customer service, with no reply.

One of the worst use interfaces. Fonts are tiny (even though my general font settings are for large), they are white and you can barely make it what they say, and the majority of the screen is empty, just the background color. Why not use the entire screen area to convey information? Additionally, the mode button gives no indication what the setting is... while there is ample space for including the functions, like schedule, geofence etc, they are all hidden under the hamburger menu. Why?
