After the update, the task bar at the bottom of the app, is not supporting the home tab and 4 other tabs that seems to be in a transparent state. it's not functional at all. kindly look into the matter.

Hi MGL Connect Team, I was trying to add the meter reading on MGL Connect App. After clicking on the Submit button, a pop up saying "invalid email" appears and the reading does not submit. Though all the details are been correctly added. Also, there is no need of email address while adding the meter reading in the app. After 3-4 trails, I am unable to submit the meter reading. Kindly assist me into this matter.

Unable to login via mobile OTP method. it says "Error occurred". It is happening since last 7 days but no action is taken yet to fix the bug. Many reviews posted same issue but seems like nobody is caring for the customers. I have tried re-installing app, cleared data/cache, but it is of no use. Requesting you to please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Absolutely Pathetic! I don't know why my mobile number is linked to some MGL account. I keep getting updates and payment requests when I am sitting in a different city. There is no way to REMOVE my number from their records. The real account holder hasn't bothered to update their mobile number to the account. Then why harrass me?? this has been happening for 8+ years. Absolutely Pathetic!

My profile suddenly disappeared, after logging cannot see anything. Every page shows "no data found". Previously could not upload photos for meter reading and now everyrhing is just blank, even my payment history. Also when MGL sends bill, they start sending whatsapp messages reminding to pay before the bill generation date and not the actual due date.

Pathetic service. Technician came and installed meter but didn't join the line. Now it's over a month. I have meter and being charged every month but I still have to book cylinder paying for both. Raised complaints multiple time on call and via app, still to no avail. Only complaints are getting lodged but no action is being taken. Giving one star because Google does not provide an option for 0 star.

on providing the mobile number no OTP is received. this error is laying for more than 10 days.not able to login and view our connection details such as bills and bills paid details. The issue is resolved but I have several times uninstalled the application and installed the same. It seems there was a back end error I presume is now resolved by the application authority. thanks.
