Very user friendly, however, there is no way to download your medical records. When you hit 'download my redords,' the app briefly states: "the permission is necessary to use the save to device feature" and then it disappears. It makes absolutely zero sense and there's no way to figure out what I need to do next because it's just a blank page with the loading sign circulating.

This app is to collect medical background information. It does not have the option to cut and paste a list of medications or medical background. While referring back and forth between open screens to ensure all background information was included, I was logged out of the app three times! I tried to enter accurate dates but had to scroll through calendars months years to find the date only to have the app reset to the current date. This app is not user-friendly!!!

I hate this app. I have has to change my password 3 times in one day. Now today I am locked out. It would not accept my password. How about changing the app so we can actually see what we are submitting. I have arthritis and maybe what I think I submitted is Not what I typed in.

Worst app I've ever used. If my screen goes dark after 30 seconds to save battery, it loses where it's at. I had to minimize it to look up some information to enter into it. It was minimized for less than a minute and when I returned, it had totally kicked me out of the system. I had to log back in and start all over. This app is full of bugs.

The interface is terrible. It's more than frustrating when more than 1 provider uses the app. I have to find an email, copy the provider url, paste into the app, then type in the password for that provider. To switch providers, I have to repeat the entire process. MyChart, even with its faults, lets me switch providers on the fly.

My doctor sent me a link to use this for upcoming appointments but super confusing UI and UX doesn't allow for easy password set up. I'm not understanding what the instructions are having me do because it keeps leading me back to the same login page over and over again when it try to reset my password. Not worth the time just to confirm appointment times.

1st time using. Don't have password. When I go to reset via my email, all I get is a blank page. Reinstalled. Tried every way possible. Only option to "reset" a password does not work. But I never had password to start. So reset isn't applicable anyway. No way to initially set a password. Also link from medical office says "page does not exist." I called office several times the day before. Nothing.

This app sucks ,it locked me out even when I called to unlock my account. It still didn't work. It was fine till my daughter appointment, after that it didn't let me log in.
