I want to like the app because I enjoy the content it has. However, they've made the app unusable. None of the pages load when I open it. I just get the spinning circle like it is trying to connect, but it never does. The only ways for me to get it to work are to either log off and log back on or reset my phone. I don't know if it's a problem with all phones or just Android, but it hasn't worked for several updates now. I have a Galaxy S24.

Extremely buggy, which is upsetting. I lost the chance to get my welcome como/objekts because of bugs. The main screen and activity tab NEVER load, there is always an error message. I really like both groups and I wish the app worked well enough for me to enjoy it

Suggestions: improve cosmo exclusive video player, add resolution adjustment so that we can play in 1080p or higher. Also maybe add a download button so we can play it offline.

Haven't been able to open the app for the past few months after an update. It keeps telling me to try again and to check my internet... this app is becoming worse with every update smh

Unable to vote in gravity. When I hit send on my votes, it just loads forever and never actually goes through. I had the same issue during the last gravity.

Edit bugs fixed with an update, kudos to the devs! The UI is great, I like the ability to support ARTMS/Triples directly, and the voting is fun. I do get frequent app crashes though, ie when I click on one of the grids sometimes and every time I click the "back" button. My phone is an older Samsung model so that could be the issue, but I wanted to make sure the devs are aware.

My suggestions: 1. It would be super cool if we could receive notifications from the app about polaroid updates and when we receive Objekt or notifications in general. I also would love to be able to save the polaroids on my phone because they are all beautiful. 2. It would also be super interesting if the Objekt we buy or receive had some description of where that specific Objekt came from. For example: "bought", "received due to a certain event", etc. That way we wouldn't get lost. Thank you!

I was really excited to start using this app as I love and support Triple S. However, I've come to an error as I was signing in the app for the first time. I successfully sent a verification email to my account but when I clicked the "confirm" button, it goes to a link where it says it's loading and is setting things up for me but it just goes back to the COSMO Origin App as if nothing happened. I've tried signing in 6 times but I am still unable to sign in. Hope for it to be fixed, thank you.
