Allstate thinks it owns my phone.. The way the terms are written makes it look like they own my device and doing me a favor by letting me use the app. The app tracks every move, asks for more permissions than needed to track. If allstate wants to track my car they need to start giving out devices that I can plug into my car. They shouldn't be able to track where I eat and where I sleep!!

It was really an awesome app providing clear stats on our driving. Speeding, breaking, phone usages etc are correctly being recorded in each trip which can be reviewed later so that every individual driver can take necessary precautions for next trip to ensure driving regulations are followed in a better way that will lead to personal safety as well as Vehicles condition...

Rough start..good finish. It was a struggle to get it to work on my install, which took me weeks to resolve. I didn't like all the fast stops it recorded, but I think it's better than it initially was years ago, when I was an early adopter of the app. It still has issues with cell tower interaction, recording quick stops in areas where no sops existed, yet recorded. I also forgot to stop trips, when I was a passenger, it's just not easy enough to get to, I guess.

I had to install this app to get a discount from Allstates. It's been 3 months now and I can't wait to remove that thing from my phone. It doesn't work half the time, is a battery killer (I can't make it to noon without having to recharge when I am driving for work!), and it records exact locations while I was told it wouldn't - just speed and driving habits.

For the last two days, it didn't even track my trips, despite having all the parameters set and the tracking enabled. It takes forever for the app to recognize that you are parked and process the information for your current trip. On two occasions when I was at my destination and parked, with the car already turned off, it marked down occurrences of "phone usage" when I used my phone for other purposes.

I had problems finding a way to say I was a passenger, after a trip...but with no knowledge of how I finally dud it. I dud it. Hoping to always remember to do it during the trip, rather than after. But it was the first time. Otherwise it is inocculous to have it running, snd is interesting to check after trips. I will be interested to see how hard braking when someone else on the road does something stupid, counts into the score. Munay

App doesn't always record trips. As an example, it's been over a week since the last trip it recorded, despite me taking between 2-6 trips a day, and all app diagnostics showing green.

The app’s tracking is inconsistent, misreading safe driving. The discount calculation feels meaningless—despite careful driving, the savings were minimal. Overall, it’s unreliable and fails to deliver on promised discounts. It's not worth the hassle.
