It seems the developers went through a great amount of effort to block you from connecting the device without turning on "precise" location. Which isn't necessary for a guitar device. If you really need region data, approximate location is fine. You do not need my precise location. One thing people seem confused about is the Bluetooth. It's pairing to your phone for app controls. You still need to use the aux cable for your headphones. Other than that, it has a lot of options for sound.

I had problems with the app until I finally figured it out. When you start the app it shows the intelligent guitar. You have to scroll with your fingers to the left to get the FX-20. The two dots below the images on most applications allow you to move from one to the other but it doesn't on this one. I've used the FX-20 for about 4 weeks now. I consider it to be the future. The thing is absolutely amazing, and the amp simulations sound better than some of the amps that I have that's on the app.

It's good. Never had a single issue with it. I bought the FX20 cause it was compatible with this app. I'm really glad I didn't read these reviews before buying it.

I can connect to FG200 via Bluetooth, but the app can't find the device. What am I doing wrong?

Will not connect via Bluetooth. Tells me my serial number is invalid. Program won't even open. Highly suspicious! Using Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, with Flamma FX10. (Not using it, rather). Phishing?

Almost perfect but the cloud system to download other people's presets doesent work it says system is abnormal please fix also I cannot scan my barcode it says system abnormal

Horrendous... registration sends code... they give you 40 seconds to enter code. Of course the code comes thru email after a minute.. so it's impossible to enter the valid code

This App is useless I'm afraid your FX 10 device is also useless I'm a well known local NYC musician I will tell everyone from the hardcore and jazz scenes not to buy your products this is a scam
