Your app needs to be repaired. It show a blank blue screen and then force closes!!! I hear this was so great way to help keep my bike secure. I work in a very wild part of town and transportation is a must! I need my bike to not get stolen. So can you fix this and I will definitely give it a 5 star rating

Concept is great, execution not so much. Took multiple tries to get locks to open after starting the rentals. Main issue was opening locks after returning (one wouldn't open after trying for 20min) and taking a picture to end the rentals kicked it back to the main screen. Seems like if the app can't find the lock to confirm it's locked, there's no way to end.

I had fun riding a bike for the first time in many years. This was my first time installing and using the app went pretty smoothly. No major issues and creating the acct was easy. I rode around Huntsvilles downtown area for a bit. I was very mindful of the time and returned the bike on time. However it took me about a minute to figure out how to return vs lock the bike & I went 34s over time and was charged another $2.00 (it's $2.00 for 30minutes. I was charged $4.00 for 30min34sec.)

The app seemed to work correctly, although I wasn't able to unlock any of the bikes at the Black Dog Coffee Kearneysville WV location. Also, had I been successful at renting the bikes, being able to select more than one bike at a time would have been a great option. Otherwise, seems pretty straightforward and simple to use

So the whole idea is 5 stars. The app sucks. On playstore it shows my phone as compatible, and I can start the rental just fine (well very long loading times and usually a message that the app isn't responding but I just"wait" and it normally loads). The problem is when I end the rental, it asks for a picture, and when I take the picture the entire app just restarts. This is the third time I'm unable to end a ride. There should be no times that I'm unable to end a ride.

First time using the app and it worked perfectly! The app guides you step by step and even has images which really helped me as a first time user. I also like it requires you to read the tutorial before you can rent the bike. It also shows you how to lock and unlock your bike and scan it as well as telling you when to turn on your Bluetooth. It takes a few seconds to connect and scan so be patient. I plan to continue using the app throughout the year. Great concept and helps me to stay active!

The user interface is easy. Ready to sign up for. New lockers were recently installed near me and I was eager to use them. The app took me thru every step until I clicked Rent and it gave me an error message saying it couldn't. Tried several times, different lockers, logging in and out all to no avail. I sent a message to report the problem, I'll see if they sorry it out. One thing I'm worried about tho is whether or not my electric bike will actually fit.

Brutal experience. None of the bike rentals worked. There was 0 customer service available to assist. It also charged me twice for bikes that failed to unlock. Overall one of the most frustrating experiences Ive had trying to access a service like this. They used a solar power pack and parked all the bikes in the shade. Bravo. Genius move.
