I love how this app makes it easy for my child's daycare to share photos, messages, and updates throughout my child's day. The push notifications make it easy to get messages and see when new posts have been added (these did stop working for about 2 months this year, but are fixed now). I also really like that I can easily dow loaf the photos instead of using screenshots like some apps.

Had nothing but issues with how to access and use this application. My daycare provider gave me a point of contact to figure things out and we sorted the details. Once everything was resolved, the team chose to go in and change my password to something I do not know. For this reason, I have concerns when it comes to account security and will strongly advise against using it for payment processing.

Constant issues, like constant and IT gives the same response. At this point I know what they'll say, I'd just like to see them actually figure out the issues, work out the kinks so that I don't feel like working w/in this app isn't part of my job as well.

Not getting any notifications. Used to before and they stopped. My settings are all correct to receive notifications but I do not receive any.

This app was so difficult to get working. My daycare provider just started using it recently & it took forever to get my account set up & linked with her. Once we got it, it worked great, but now, with this new update... it looks like a Facebook feed! I can't see the TIMES my child napped, ate, had a diaper change. Why would you take all of that information away & just give photos & a brief blurb of "Child napped" YEAH, that's great, but WHEN!? And for how long?! Update is awful!

Really don't like how I have all notifications turned on and it notifies me of nothing. No messages, no update of anything they post. Nothing. Have to check everything. Really weird to use in a negative connotation.

Too many Kinks The payment methods are difficult to change, reschedule and impossible to remove. The admins had nothing but issues the whole time. They were locked out while the parents could get in, or the parents were locked out and only teachers could get in. The classrooms were always mixed up. More of a hassle than a help.
