Tried to use the app to pre-book a taxi (which the app gives the impression you can do). It did not. Instead, it just started searching for a taxi near the time I indicated I needed it. Totally useless feature. If I wanted to do things that way, I would have just tried to book when needed. It also offers price estimates only. There are other apps which offer much greater certainty on price and availability. Deleting this pointless app.

Took 3 minutes to get past the sign up screen. Then failed to load the credit card details (double checked correct details). Attempted to make a booking anyway, no way to add comments in the app such as the name of the hotel I'm at. All in all would've been faster and more straightforward to phone them.

29 April 25 - the app won't allow me to log in, even after reinstall and I can't request a new password, error with both please try again later. . Users that use Total Mobility discount can't use the New Youride app. and this app still allows users to pay by cash. please fix this app asap. as customers, like me, need it.

Can download. But con't signup. Comes up with all sort of error messages. Last error message is about my email not associated with an account. No instructions. Noone reply emails. No support. Every time I book a taxi I get a text about an app that don't work. Fix the bugs before you promote & want customers use the app.

Did not work. Booked 30 mins when i needed it. And again after it didnt show. No confirmation 9f location of taxi. Failed on a Samsung s7 phone (all phone systems were on eg data etc) simply was not able to rate it higher than a 1 when its failed

Book half day before we need the taxi. No taxi showed up at booked time, rang them and they say they were sourcing one for us while I was on the phone and they asked me to call back in 15 minutes if still no show. Seriously? 15 mins mean we could miss the important appointment. Could not they source the taxi earlier and let me know earlier?

So difficult to use. Took 4 attempts and a reinstall of app to load credit card details. Selecting departure and destination address was difficult. Only saving grace is the taxi service which is good.

Tried to register by email, got sent no email. Tried to register by SMS, got sent no SMS. When I say 'unusable' I'm not being hyperbolic about how bad it is, I'm saying it doesn't let you use it.
