Nayatel internet service is very bad I pay 17000 for installation and etc. then extra for package but what I got a bad internet connection even this company internet can't play TikTok smooth and when It comes to uploading it's dead.

I have an account and iam a customer but somehow i cant login to the app????it says invalid credentials and i even changed password thinking i might have forgotten it and tried again but it says invakid credentials again like how tf am i going to sign up when i already have an account,please fix issues !! Also have signup option in the app

I want to report some bugs i experience. While creating tickets it doesn't allow any special characters that means if i write any full stops or apostrophes it won't let me generate the ticket. I get it if you do it for security purposes but you can safely allow these few exceptions used in daily communication.
