Everything worked fine the last time I had a subscription. Unfortunately, after paying for an entire year of service, I can't even get the application to work half of the time. Will not run in the background, even after adjusting my settings on my device, and refuses to connect the VPN. I have to force the application to close, and reopen it multiple times and it still feels slow and buggy. I feel slighted, and certainly won't be back unless this is rectified. Namecheap, you should be ashamed.

The app keeps asking for credentials all the time, it will randomly disconnect and ask you to login again. Same problem with network credentials they reset them based on their own "fair use" policy which is whatever rate they want to set it to(there's no transparency on this). The app always displays an incorrect data usage and when contacting support and sharing screenshots over email they'll still blame any problems on your usage, even when it's clearly an error on their end.

App needs "favorite location" feature (especially since the big red button to connect to a random server rarely works). Aside from that, the protocol used is a bit dated (now that the service it's built on top of employs the faster "Lightway" protocol), and a number of services do not work with it–namely Netflix. BUT, on the whole, it's not a bad VPN service. It's cheap, it works most of the time... I just wish they'd update things to add favorite location and work on increasing speed. 🙏

The app is okay but it needs work. I have Vision issues and my font and screen zoom is turned as high as it will go so I can see the screen and app. This cuts off a lot of the text and information on the screen within this app. Also the favorites feature does not work I am unable to save servers as favorites clicking on the little star does nothing within the app

it was working great until recently where an update broke it and it is now requiring that you log in ever time you want to use it. this is an inconvenience and support told me there is no eta for the fix. disappointed. trying to get my money back. i just used it like a month and a half. to have this issue I can try one of the free ones. once they fix this issue i think it is a good product.

AVOID!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Phone was connected to VPN and persistent notification was measuring the amount of data being transmitted both ways. At some point, the VPN lost connection but the notification remained ON showing "Connected to server" but when I checked the connection with a browser, turns out THERE WAS NO VPN CONNECTION established. I have no idea how many hours I spent browsing without an active VPN connection

Easy to use. It shows current connection speed as a notification (on Android 9). Works great with Android 9's native VPN support. Goes through it's own DNS, but when disconnected your device will go back to your DNS setup. Recommend purchasing the service directly on their website. One gripe: needs an adaptive icon!!

It used to be good. Now it's garbage. Nothing works. Google search doesn't work. I have to disconnect everytime to use Google. My Android is 13. Everything is upto date. I contacted support they couldn't solve and one agent hung up on me, one agent took half an hour just to say to submit a ticket. Even tho they have a 30 day refund gauruntee they won't refund me. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this
