So far my experience with this app is not a pleasant one. My picture has been approved, my ID, my billing, and the inmate have all been approved. The app will easily take my money, but when it comes to messaging, and or video calling, I get an error message stating I'm not authorized to send messages. The support feature in the app is anything but useful.

After speaking to tech support the problem was not with the app, but with the jail. As usual the facility was not being truthful. I truly think they enjoy distressing others. Forgive me Miserable app! Seldom loads and when it does it glitches. It takes money for phone calls from incarcerated. I couldn't get the inmate approved for chats or video visits. When I inserted their name for approval request, " Error duplicate contact " pops up. I've used similar apps, NEVER as useless and frustrating!

New Update Failed Miserably. I have tried to record a small video various times (((7 to be exact))), and it will not send. I have also tried to send pictures, and it won't open the option to choose a picture. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is still not helping me at all. I was also charged $18 for a call that froze once it connected, which is total bs!

The video visits are very convenient, but 6 cost so much. My friend was trustee of morris county and with that status comes free calls and messages. That was never the case for us. Idk why they chatged me but they did. And never refunded me the money take !

I hardly ever receive notifications and I have to clear out the app to even see new messages. I put money on there and I can message but not receive calls. As much money as everything costs, the app shouldnt have all these issues.

I downloaded the app and i am having issues in logging in through the App . So far i been going through the text message i recieved to add funds to recieve phone calls or messages. I am currently still trying to log in through the app i even put forgot password its not taking my new password that i am trying to change too.

I get that the prisons don't want us see and to know what it's like in there and the ungodly awful conditions, however why are you face tracking the people at home?! I can't put my kid or pet in the chat and I can't show him daily life things that would keep his morale up and keep him going. The face tracking doesn't work either if you barely move or put your finger in the screen it can't detect your face paying to see a grey screen sucks bring back in person visits!

It closes out alot when im in the middle of sending a message and I have to re login 3 or 4 times sometimes before it let's me message someone but not always. But alot. Otherwise its fine.
