Terrible. Doesn't work at all. You can connect but can't do anything. They can't even get the speed test to work... You would think this would be embarrassing enough to get them to fix it but nope. I would never buy another duma os related product again. Constant bugs and updates that take years, only to end up here. Uninstall simulator

I've been using a NetDuma device since the R1 and am now using the R2. The app crashes every time when trying to access the "Network Monitor" feature. Having a high screen resolution is the casue of this crash (Android 12 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra WQHD+ 3088x1440). Anything lower than that works fine(HD+,FHD+). The web gui, when accessing it from your desktop, has problems/bugs scaling the network monitor graph as well at anything above 1920x1080.

App looks great, the hardware is mediocre at best. Incomplete firmware with product purchase and unacceptably slow firmware updates. But the app works as intended whenever the firmware is stable enough to communicate with it. The dumaOS color red is nice on the icon too, very bright. Oh and the app only works with the XR500 and XR1000, sorry XR700 peeps, you are still out of luck even with the beta firmware.

the app is fine the hardware is junk crashing all the time disconnects as well I think the hardware isn't powerful enough for what they want it to do

The app is unusable. I cannot see any settings when trying to setup anything in the settings. I can see the settings selections but cannot hide them to see the options to configure the settings.

App won't load up... what good is it if I can't get into dumaos??....I login and it just spins around in circles and never gets me in

The app is more powerful than a browser!?! Seriously, had no idea the app was so much more improved, here I was waiting years for the web interface to get worked on. All the while the app has better and more up to date metrics than a browser. Please add a windows 10/11 store app because of vision and dexterity its hard to navigate via phone.
