This app has potential, but the lack of features makes it feel like a chore. An OCR feature to read receipts or, better yet, an AI feature would be helpful since it's 2024. Including a calculator would save users from offline calculations. The categories are unintuitive and illogical — for example, I gave up searching for dishwashing detergent under household items. A quick search feature would improve usability. My time is really worth more than what this app currently offers.

Easy way to get a a bit of extra cash ( coupon ) Can get pretty quick after you get used to it and a small shop will only take 2 mins. Get the occasional survey which adds a decent amount of points but takes a fair while for the amount of points you get. I've never had any technical issues with the app and the company has good customer service.

Excited to give it a go. On set up you have to create a little login/ survey with name dob etc. I added this, and the next page loaded and I refilled it in, them it said I could not continue as the sane had already been used. There is noway to get passed the screen. Changing the name and trying again did the same thing. Two pages of the same data and then they conflict. Frustrating. Deleting the app.

A Fantastic Way to Earn Rewards! I've been a member of the NielsenIQ shopping panel for a couple of years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The process is straightforward and user-friendly. Scanning the barcodes of my purchases and completing occasional surveys has been a breeze. The rewards are generous, and I've already redeemed points for several gift cards and even a new gadget.The customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions.

As I don't get receipts that often, saving the environment, it's a bit time consuming, also you have to go into a separate website for redemption of points and I found it impossible to get into. It's easier just to use a cashback app instead

The APP is so much easier to use than the previous hand held scanner, so enjoying this. It's fun, it's rewarding and fulfilling knowing our shopping trends are being used for research. Glad to be a member.

Not as intuitive as other apps and feels like have to scan in every item that you've purchased, along with the receipt. Perhaps a video of what's expected and what you get from the app would help users better.

Really too many clicks. 1) Select if the items where taken home or another address 2) select the store 3) select if you visited the store or bought online 4) select if you bought the product for consumption now or later 5) scan the receipt 6) click confirm 7) now start scanning all the products you have bought.if they don't have a barcode you must select the product and find it on the list provided 8) select if it was prepared, packaged , etc etc etc depending on the item. 10) Total/ Submit
