Horrible!! It takes a long time for the application to load, and display the available goods. Many of the items are also misclassified making it even harder to search for what you want. The search bar is useless. The Andriod version of this app is quite confusing and not user-friendly, It requires a lot of improvement to make the experience smooth and enjoyable, In the meantime, there are many alternative options in the market that serves the same purpose with less headache.

For the most part, the app is really good. I have often had issues opening the app, but with recent updates, the app has gotten better. They need to get better with giving their drivers direction/the address for delivery. It's annoying having to save upwards of 10 different numbers in my phone just to send a delivery address to the driver.

The update was unfortunate. It didn't enhance at all. The previous version were at least good to the eye a little bit easy to navigate through the app, but now no although the UI changed but it is scrambled nothing is clear. It's too bright the white is everywhere. The app crashes alot. I lost my login credentials although I am sure of what I logged in. Created a new account by signing up again and still states that wrong credentials/invalid account even when I click on forget password. Fix it!

App after last update, is not working at all, before it takes long to open, now it doesn't open at all, and the page is stuck with the blue plain page, hope you fix the issue.

Had a problem with the app glitching, filed a complaint then deleted and reinstalled the app. After that the app worked well. And I got a call for technical support in the same day. Great selection of products and the BEST customer service you will ever get (on time delivery, real time refunds, and extremely fast reponse times to issues. Bravo! 👏

It's nice to have an app like this available but the items available are not the essential required, I like the foreign products and extras as an option but not the only option. Guess I have to go and order from Talabat. Hope this can be solved in the future. Animal products have more variety than other app, so that's very nice 🙂
