I love the App. It's easy to use and very secure. I do wish the notification sound was a longer and louder chime, it's real easy to miss the chime. And when you don't hear it, you don't make money. Also it's almost impossible to be the 1st to a blast order. I have 2 phones, an android and an iPhone 11, I use the app on both, but I like iPhone better because of Face ID...it's quicker to get in.

Something must have changed recently because I'm getting the notifications, but when I immediately click on them (and have to go all the way through the eula and pin every time) there's nothing there. Edit - it's getting worse. Edit2 - the app code needs to be fixed to allow for activity while timed out, or to not allow time out. In tablet, only notifications come up with no sound (phone does nothing.) Then when phone screen is turned on, all notifications pop up at once. App NEEDS WORK.

I am having problems with the app as well. Can never seem to catch them especially since yiu have to enter in your pin with each user which causes delays. By the time you get the app open, the order has been snatched up. I have a Samsung galaxy ultra 20. I had the phone in my hand with the app open ready to accept while a notification came through. I heard the chime, my page did not reflect that a notification came through and the was not an option to accept. Missed another one.

what is every apps aversion to larger sub menus and darker typeface. On the sub menus it's the size of a thumb but my screen is 5 and 1/2" in size and most people's phones are large enough that the submenus can be larger. The actual place where you put in signing date time location is fine it's the subsmenu to get there that is too small. why do I have to click through and agree to user agreement every time I open the app that should be one-and-done.

App doesn't work half the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. It has caused me to miss several offers because it will not open. I have reported problems and was told nobody else is having problems. I thought maybe it was my phone. I upgraded to the top of the line phone and still errors out.

When the ding comes through, I first hear it in my iPad, in my bag... then about 1 min later, I'll hear it on my phone. I try logging in when i hear my ipad. But it's already assigned. The other bad part, when it comes to my phone, all I see is: Sorry, accepted by another vendor. Either way, I rarely catch an appt anymore. How can we fix this? Thank you When it actually is working, it Works great.....

Hasn't worked right for me since they started using it. Load/unload and repeate... DO NOT complain... I did and orders went to zero.. SENT ME 51 notifications last month, 9 showed up in app.. 6 were 35-40 miles away... yeah awesome. 12-17 now it keeps asking if "I agree to terms"... ?? Still getting notifications with no assignments or ones 30/40 miles away...

Great app, great customer service and quick to pay. Love the new direct deposit option. However, I sometimes miss orders because the notification it sends out is very low and cannot be changed. I'm partially deaf and need to assign a louder ring tone. Change that and I'll give it a five!
