Keeps crashing. I've been trying to use it for a couple of weeks. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've tried to update it. The app really is a piece of work. I'm not sure if it's not compatible with Android or if is just an awful app. The onboarding process with nursedash is a nightmare, then the app doesn't work....not sure if it's worth the trouble.

This app hasn't worked for me in last week or so. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, without any success in getting app tp open or load anythg. Jat says system not responding. Thought it was data issue& my memory being full. But last couple days, deleting many of my sons games. And few of my apps, hadn't used in couple months. And jst tried to enable app few min ago, after reinstalling. Still same app, app not responding. That's the error msg i get. Or waiting on system, whatever heck that means.

App crashes more times than not. Takes a very long time to load and often result in a "parse error." Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Despite being set up for notifications, I stopped receiving them months ago for available shifts, making so I uave to login in throughout the day to see if new shifts. Please fix this!

I have been trying to update my payment method with Plaid and it tells me internal error. They are aware of the problem. I reach out to customer support but I get the obvious response, which I had already tried.. Is your app up to date? Delete app and reinstall app... Like duh! I do have common sense!.. But I continue to get REMINDER pop ups but can't get any actual help but get REMINDED that I will have a delay in MY pay when I'VE BEEN CONTACTING SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE TRANSITION!

I have used other agency apps and nurse dis Mars the best and most convenient. Their communication is one of the best if an issue ever arises I'm able to talk to someone quick and get the issue resolved. It's simple to clock in and out. When it comes to pays they offer daily pay which comes in handy for those unexpected issues that arise. I love to be able to work where I want when I want and for the amount that I want.

Where are all the orientation shifts to be able to pick up at these facilities? I did all the orientation paperwork, spent hours and paid several hundred $ for the Mandatory ACLS class a facility required, SUBMITTED It all and then instantly the next day all orientation shifts DISAPPEARED! No way to get shifts or get oriented until the facility decides to open up orientation shifts. It's been 2 months. I'm out hundreds of $ & ND can't ask them to orient me? Meanwhile shifts go unclaimed.

So many glitches since update. Screen goes in and out. Uninstaller then reinstall doesn't work. Can't apply for shifts with these glitches. Unable to click on name when comes up for clocking in...ppl having to retype every detail in every time. Time consuming when all this worked before.

Constant issues with app not working. I have to close it out and open again multiple times for it to work and even then often just get a spinning wheel for it load for minute or two. I am using most updated version of the app and dont have issues with any other app on my Samsung S22 Ultra.
