nice product - NOTE: IT DEFAULTS TO 10 MINUTE UPDATES OUT OF THE BOX, but using the app, you can set to desired frequency of updating, but its a trade off with power usage. I tested mine set to update every 30 seconds on movement (moving the device for a couple of seconds wakes it up), and its been very reliable, if in a pocket that is enough. NOTE: In the app, it MAY NOT UPDATE THE LAST SEEN - its a bug, so click the list view icon and then the map view icon and it forces a refresh.

the app hasn't had a solid update since I got it 2 years ago by the looks of it. I redownload, sign back in. the thing is still just as weak as day 1. you can't do anything because the app crashes continuously

QR code on the box leads to a dead link, find the only Nut Tag app on Play, install it, try to register my device and it immediately links to me to download a different app which is, surprise, unavailable. Customer service has been awful from the ordering - 3 months to get the damn thing delivered and it's impossible to set them up because their own app has vanished

Tag was delivered a few days ago and initially wasn't activating GPS when the dog moved around. We could walk a few km away and the tag wouldn't pick up she'd left the house. A couple of calls to support later and it's doing exactly what it says on the tin. Keeps track of the dog when she moves about and lets me know when she's outside her geofence. Great! Battery easily lasts a day with 1-minute tracking intervals set so I guess would last much longer if set to longer intervals.

Not the best. The calling function from the app does not work because the number is listed as 614xxx the phone does not recognise 61. It either needs to be +614xxx or 04xxx. Also the app does not update the location properly. Different devices (e.g. android and ios) show different updated times for the same tag (currently this android phone is showing last location 45 min ago, but my iPad shows current location).

I've been thinking about swapping from Tile to NutTAG as it's Australian, so I tried out the app. Imagine my surprise when it referred me to another app made by "Beijing Zuzei Technologies" and when I opened that app, I'm shown Chinese characters, and misspellings like "blueooth" devices. Call me racist if you want, but I don't really want a Chinese app managing my supposedly Australian location tracker devices.

Useless , app is glitchy, website is glitchy. Follow instructions to a T and still doesn't work properly . Waste of money. Zero stars. Updating my review. App always crashing, notifications not being pushed through on app. Notifications not coming through on sms, paying for a service that doesn't even work. Setting up geofence on app does not work. Absolutely utter waste of money buying a tracker from nuttag to track your pet, constantly goes off-line. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Consistently doesn't find gps satellite, whether in open space staying still or moving. Multiple calls to support and it still doesn't work. Pointless if I can't locate the device as it drops the satellite. I give up. Just buy something else.
