Essentially useless. Everytime I try to order on the app it always says credit card not accepted at this location. Be like every other food place and accept google pay and make it easier. I don't recommend this app

I downloaded the app after being told by the restaurant staff in my neighborhood that I could get a $5 credit for my first purchase after registering. The app did not work. The discount was not applied nor was the purchase counted towards my despite scanning the rewards barcode on the app several times. Poor execution. I feel short changed. Great food, poor implementation if what was an excellent opportunity to enhance the customer experience and promote the brand. Service recovery? lets see.

The food's great. The app feels great. But in reality it has some huge flaws. One of which is that your "saved orders" can only be ordered at the place you first ordered that dish. You can change your order location and try to reorder that dish. Everything will go as planned, until you realize after you've waited at the restaurant for a while, that when you selected a saved order, the app switched you back to the original restaurant location with no notification or heads up. Infuriating.

The app is a frigging nightmare, It forces to select the delivery time and pushes me to keep changing it. I understand you need time to prepare, in that case can you recommend me the time you can deliver instead of making me change the time 90 million times. On top of that, its payment gateway su*cks. It always throws an error saying order cannot be placed, I have to delete the payment and add the same numbers again. And by the time I do all of that, it again throws an error saying the time mu

I am unable to use the app because I declined to allow the app to check my location. The app keeps refreshing the denied location with no request, and it locks up the app. Also, I cannot find a good contact for Piada to report the issue. I found a Customer Service tele #, but the 3rd party told me Piada cancelled their contract over 2 years ago, and info is still available online. Only way I reported this is through survey from an online order via browser. After multi-attempts, still no fix.

The new app does not allow for ASAP pickup times and forces them out 30-45 minutes which for me defeats the purpose of using the app for convenience. It's especially frustrating to arrive early to the store and watch walk up customers that came in after me get cleared before they even start my order. It would be faster to just walk in.

Jfc. How many sales do you lose because the pickup time can't be updated? I was placing an order and was nearly done. Got distracted by texting with a family member for a few minutes. When I came back, the app said something like time needed to be updated since it couldn't be completed that soon. So I tried switching the time and it kept defaulting back to 11:45am and saying it needed changed. I was able to switch am to pm to try and make it 12pm but then I only had the option for 945pm. Jfc.

The apps pick up times are very unwelcoming. I submitted an order at 1:20 and the earliest time was 2:00. I still submitted the order and I waited to go inside until 1:40. Was approached and the staff member seemed confused why I was there after I shower my receipt. This is the 2nd time I have been approached like this and it's concerning. I won't be using the app again for a while as it's not convenient.
