I was unable to scan the requested QR code for the test. Selected manual option. Performed the test. Took a picture. Tried to access the history, stated no test performed. I performed the second test under the manual option again. No history. I uninstalled the app. Tried to reinstall and know it didn't recognize my email or password. When I try the forgot password, I get an error message. This has not been useful.

Annoying to have to tap back all the way to your birth. And the app crashed as soon as I took the photo so I never did technically get the confirmation from the phone app. And when I tried to log back in it would have made me go through the process all over again which would takes a long the test with no longer be valid by time I get to the photo. so skiped that.. but thankfully they included paper instructions to read results. Thankfully for me I didn't need a digital confirmation for anything

Anther junk app on my device, spying on me. Functionality garbage: this is nothing but fancy timer. During test it suppose to take picture of the test but it is NOT capable to control zoom and brightness/contrast. Resulted images are not recognised. Over all -> COMPLETE GARBAGE. Uninstalling. The best information protection is: Never collect it.

I like the app and how it has the steps, nice and easy to follow. Only issue right now is when taking the picture. I will have issues where the button to take the picture will not work. One test I was not able to record for my daughter because I took 2 pictures which it regected, and then it stopped working.

I have used this app for 8 tests now and every single time the app has crashed when I take the photo of the test results. Thankfully the tests are readable without the app. The tests themselves work fine, more steps than other rapid tests but not overly complicated. App is nice for the timers but other than that the app doesn't work for me.

The app is awful! I initially logged in w/fingerprint w/no problem, then after my attempt at photographing my test strip, I could not login to app; it said fingerprint whatever was not working. After 4 attempts of trying to get reset code, it finally gave me one. The prompts are not working correctly, the photo attempt was hindered by their 'picture' which I thought was my strip then app shut down. 3 drops did not fill chamber to the C, etc. Thankfully I just needed the test for my own reasons!

The test itself is clear, but inputting information in to the app was painful. The dates kept changing on me. I had to select the day before mine and my dependents birthdays to get it to enter correctly. Similarly, when I went to change information on dosage (because I had to look at the image I uploaded). I had to select the day 2 days before the actual date to get it to save correctly and re-select certain information - either dosage or shot type - because it got removed during editing.

Great test GARBAGE app. If you navigate away from the test window while waiting for ten minutes (say to watch the YouTube video on the test) your app makes you sign back in. You lose your timer and if you were at the ten minutes mark you CANNOT finish the test and take the picture within the time required. You can't jump ahead to take the picture of the results either. GARBAGE APP.
