I needed it to charge at the hotel, and spent over an hour trying to get it to work. 95% of the time I hit "save" or "submit", it loads for 1 second then dumps me back to the page like nothing happened. It'd crash during sign up then tell me my email was already taken and to use another one, without letting me resume. Had to go through 4 emails before it worked. Tried on my spouses iPhone, and it worked immediately. For any hotels thinking of using Opconnect, get them to fix Android first!

the app is so bad. you are signed out and have login again only for the app to crash. biometrics crash it and you have to cycle between charge and profile to possibly render the QR code to scan. honestly, just make note of the charging ID station and call them to remotely activate it. save yourself the hassle.

The list of cars available to put in my vehicle management is massive, but no Chrysler? Please add the brand to your list, please. The app is very slow, as well. Took a few app closes to even get the vehicle section to load.

The app is okay when you actually get to use it. The thing I hate most is logging in... you can put your information in, and the app will not respond. I've been having to delete my biometrics and then reinput my email/password just to log in because it won't respond to the initial biometrics or login prompt. I wish this process was more pain-free.

Could not create an account. Tried 3 times, started 3 different accounts and encountered 3 different problems. Drove away looking for ANY other charger! Terrible.

There is no customer support in this app. My charging session stopped midway due to error. But I was unable to stop this charging session in the app.

EDIT: NOW I HAVE TO GIVE YOU AT LEAST $20 OF MY MONEY AND LET YOU HOLD ONTO IT INTEREST FREE IN ORDER TO START A CHARGE??? WHY??? ALSO This is a very poor app. It kinda works, but the design is horrible, and it looks like it was a high schooler's design project. Please have a professional design your app and start from scratch. Update: lowered my rating to 1 star. The app won't let me add anything less than $20 to my prepaid balance and doesn't seem to have a way to pay directly with ccard.
