terrible transparency in the billing process. waiting weeks and weeks for quarterly bill. smart meter been replaced twice. origin is very much the target for scam emails. Our account is out of wack and had to be recalculated over a 12 month period showing that we were 800 dollars in credit. Origin indicates to costumers to add money to the account over a quarter which leaves excessive money in the account,that I am better off with. How do I know how much I need to add if you don't send a bloody.

I have solar at home and it would be good if they could charge a lower rate if you charge during the day to match the feeding tariff, of say 5 cents instead of 8 cents. Update. I have 2 Tesla's and the charging works great at 8c. In order for me to use my solar system 13.2 kilowatts, can you allow one of the cars to be taken off the EV power up app so I can charge it during the day with the solar system and effectively only costing me the feed in rate which would be cheaper then the 8c.

the app itself is good, it works and it's interesting to see how much I feed back into the grid as opposed to how much I use. BUT! now that the CEO's demand a quarterly bonus & have jacked up the electricity prices by 500% for what ever excuse that they have given. " 100% of Power Company CEO's don't know how electricity works or travel's " Sadly now the App has become redundant because of the constant price gouging & the constant shifting of the goal posts by Origin the company and its CEO's

I can see daily what energy we have used and how much energy we have created. App is easy to use, easy to understand and allows me to know when our bill is due( not that we ever have actually had to pay anything. Always in credit.) Thank you Origin!

I think it's good, I think it would be handy to have a feature or option to contact the driver. As i actually get my next in line and your gas has been delivered notifications all in one go. it would be good to ask for a heads up when they are 15 mins away as next in line when you are in the city could mean 5 mins but next in line when I love in central Queensland can mean a lot longer. leaving gates open all day isn't always an option. help with this would be fantastic

Watch ur account v carefully! They took it upon themselves to move me to a higher, much more expensive tariff without my knowledge! Their excuse was they sent me a letter! I didn't read the letter, didn't reply n didn't ever request a tariff change either, yet they took it upon themselves to upgrade my bill from £26 to £39pm without my request or consent! I don't recommend this company at all 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ Response, I completely stand by my review! Renewing should be that! Not unwanted upgrades

controlled load is not shown as before this "new look" app was introduced. Please reinstate controlled load usage so I can monitor when it comes on...now that origin can switch it on or off at any time. The original app had a lot more information.

I developed an app to plot my usage and savings made (solar with Enphase) to the hour. Is there a way I can automate the downloading of the usage data? At the moment, I'm downloading it from your app and then importing it into my app. Also, I noticed, the download doesn't start until you change tab e.g from daily to monthly.
