The new update is not user friendly. Previously nd more preferable a driver was able to observe their on board position. With the new update that capability is removed. In addition, the update is flawed because once the "board performance" icon is opened, there is vital info that is not visible. Moreover, the info that is displayed is vague nd of little use bc the info does not cover the immediate vicinity of where a driver is located nd stationed. The so-called "up-grade" is really a DOWNER.

New app does not work like before. It takes sooo much more time to upload a document. I tried uploading 10 pages and it didn't, work I was only able to upload two documents ONE at a time, after that I couldn't upload anything. The Notification section is gone. App closes while trying to upload or once you click in a section. Each section tab takes a long time to load. Not happy about new update especially because this is how I get PAID.

this app is the worst. It is always being worked on, and it never gets better. it is the reflection of the IT dept. that apparently have the abilities of a 1st grader. The whole point of the app. is supposed to be a tool for the owners and the drivers. When it works at best, it's some what ok. when it doesn't, it's detrimental to both owner and driver; as to minimize opportunity for growth in business.

Update: 4/25/19 The availability option never works. Load offers don't ever show up here. Pictures of pro sheet don't come out clear or legible enough for them to read causing delays in processing. Update 7/8/19 Just updated app. Driver availability still doesn't work. There is no button to take a picture of the documents being uploaded. It just says scan document and it keeps saying TOO DARK eventhough there is plenty of lighting.

Cant continue past nag screen continue button doesn't display. Maybe 25% of time you can actually accept load offers, that actually display. Would be nice if could give decline load reasons. If fix all above maybe a 4 star rating. Update: Fixed 2 of 3 issues above. But when new version released, it blocks old version to force upgrade. When I installed new version, app still says it's the old version and blocks app use. Total piece of garbage!!! Sent email to developers, waiting on reply.

the old version was perfectly fine but the document scan on the updated version is horrendous. Please at least revert the document scan portion of the app back to the way it was previously. Everything else works okay I suppose. 07-16-19

This app is worthless. Always being updated but never working correctly. Never get notifications and now I can't see the load offers unless I go to fleet web. What's the point of having it if we can't use it.

this app is just worthless instead of getting better it gets worse with every undated ..now you can't even scan documents. you can't see load offers. I just keep wondering what's the point of having this app other the take up space in your phone
