Usually just pay at the machine but we were running late so I download the app and I sign up as we are walking into the venue. I try to load my credit card and it just... won't.... load...... after putting in all the info and hitting upload I get the never ending circle of death. For literal hours. I did back it out and retry three times, but had to out the phone away for the concert. At the end of the concert that wheel was still spinning and I had a $70 ticket. So frustrating.

I installed the app because the machine wasn't working. As I was running late to work, I scanned the QR code and it charged me $4 more. Then I installed the app later in the day and couldn't add my credit card to the account. This app is useless. I can't use their parking because of the app

The parking lot sign misleadingly claims "NO APP, NO SIGN-UP". Scanning the QR code presents two options: using the Insta app or the website. Despite installing the app, it failed to locate any nearby parking lots. Please work on this crapy app and dont mislead users.

This is the worst. Universities shouldn't be charging their students to pay for parking. We are already paying the school enough money. To make it even worse, after driving around for more than 20 minutes to find parking, just to realize that the app deleted my credit card information and i have to input all this information again. I usually dont carry my credit card with me, so I tried to use my debit card, but it did work. Finished class and came out to $45 parking ticket.

Adding a credit card is a problem for this terrible app. How can I pay for parking if it won't let me add my credit card information? I key in my information and it just keeps loading indefinitely. Awful.

Absolutely garbage of a program. No matter how I'm connected to the internet, it will not let me add a payment method. No payment means I can't use this garbage program. This would be a 0, but it won't let me go that low.

Very poor user experience and many bugs to fix with this app. Freezes consistently when entering card information to pay.

Nothing works. Adding a credit card errors out. Adding a ticket still required me to input a location for some reason, but still fails.
