Not everything works with the app and mute button turns into a power button, no NOMA air conditioner remote brand either to replace mine and my RCA tv doesn't seem to answer any power button and hope after repair my Sanyo sound system will work with the motor and volume knob. The USB remote is cool with the light but the app, needs more automated button scanning to make it more convenient for 2024. EDIT, NOMA air conditioner works perfectly with Arctic King air conditioning IR with scan.

I got the app to control a Ocru Star Smart remote control Ekx4s-T USB -c dongle from Temu. The app was responsive only after fresh installs, and only offered a few tv models, all Chinese. None of them worked against my Haier tv. A decent app would allow training against an original remote control. The Chinese support site is no help.

Marvelous app , overall I love it but it needs a room add-on where it has a folder of different devices and there also should be iether a export button or a manual enter of the code number for them instead of having to switch the device in and off if you've already done it, but overall would recommend

Idk. I used it for an LG TV and works great with USB-C Pixel 6a. Just a side note, the IR I got seems to work fine with the remote pointed towards me, so I turned off the Auto-Rotate option in Settings, though not sure distance that will work for, I'm quite close to the TV at the time of testing.

Infuriating design + proprietary device makes for a horrible experience. Layout is serviceable but discovering a code is annoying. A list of all codes for a brand is necessary. Additionally when you press a button to test it, the dialog to confirm whether it works blocks you from pressing the button again. How are you supposed to turn on the device you just turned off if you take away the button after it's gone? Also it couldn't find one of Samsung's most popular codes so my hopes are not high

App's user interface is not so up to the mark 😞. Regular and timely updates with a DIY option (like ZaZa remote) should be upgraded in this app. Overall app is Okay/Average👾. Also a major drawback is that it only works with the Ocrustar external IR blaster having MicroUSB/Type-C/iOS interface. It's use is not as wide as the ZaZa UniVersal Remote App.
